+ -1 moreAir Factory is Awesome with a capital "A!" They answered my call immediately and scheduled with me and my tenant to have both of my systems serviced. They showed up on time, cleaned both my systems, checked freon levels, and switched out my filters for an unbeatable price. I enrolled in their maintenance package which is super affordable and takes the stress off of me; I don't have to remember to have my systems serviced because they will just call me! They offer discount pricing to their maintenance agreement members as well so if/when something does go wrong with my system, I know they'll get everything squared away at a price I can afford. Thank you, guys!!

+ -1 moreAfter calling several AC companies about there HVAC maintenance programs I chose Air Factory Heating and Cooling. I'm glad I did. They came out and cleaned my condenser, evaporator coil, blower motor, changed filters, charged my system with freon and taped up some loose wires for under a $100. I would recommend them.
