Description of Work: This guy is a joke. He charged a whole lot of money and did basically nothing! Plus he wanted cash for payment. He took a check for part of it but wanted it made out in his name, not his business. I think the IRS might be interested in his dealings...

 + 0 moreMy appointment was scheduled between 3:30 and 5:30. I called that morning to reschedule because I needed to leave my house by 6. I was told there was no problem, that he would be at my house early enough to be finished by 5:30 or do the dryer another time. I said okay. I waited until 5:45, no one came and no one called.

Description of Work: Initially came and assessed chimneys. Two of three needed cleaning, one had a great deal of creosote with glazing that required use of a rotary type devise. Wendell was very careful to put down tarps and clean the area after the work.

 + -1 moreAction Chimney and Air duct does excellent work. They were prompt and was here the next day of calling. When he seen I may have other issues he asked if I wanted it done. I found him to be quick and cleaned up after he was done.
Description of Work: Action Chimney and Air duct came in and cleaned my dryer vent, which vented thru the upper floor. It was clogged with lint from condensation.
