The roofer took two days to complete a 4 to 5 square job. He seemed to do a good job until I noticed that he had damaged my guttering with his ladder. When I called to complain to the owner, Jerry Bailey, he returned my voicemail with a text. He never apologized nor called me to discuss the situation. He sent one of his employees over later that week to spray paint my gutters. That employee told me that the roofer should have told me that he was going to damage my gutters and that Bailey's would not be responsible. I've spoken to other contractors that said that they would replace the damaged gutters, but Bailey refused, saying that it was ridiculous for me to ask. If you like to be treated impersonally and damage to your property with no accountability, Bailey's roofing is your go-to contractor. It's ironic because I'm going to need my house roofed in the very near future, Bailey's roofing will not get the chance to perform that job. I'll most likely go with Rigid, the owner called me personally and was kind and answered my questions even though I had already went with another company.

Went great, property was cleaned upon finishing the job. Workers were respectful, and honest... and the roof looks great!
