He used too small of an air duct line and didn't put in a return line. The brick work on the house was terrible. I asked him why he wasn't using a chalk line string like the other guys that had built our house originally. It now looks like our wall is sagging and it leaks when it rains. I told him I wanted the outside of the porch trimmed with cedar to cover the screen that he messed up. He ended up pulling a lot of it off and put it in a pile. Everything that was left over he took back to Lowe's and stated to them that he didn't have a receipt and had them give my money back to him on a gift card. I have the receipts to prove that. I didn't pay him that last part of the money because the work was awful. I told him I wanted it fixed, he said no to me and told me that this is what I wanted. I fired him. Now he has put a $4600 lien on my house and also summoned me to small claims court on top of that for an additional $2400. I would not recommend anyone ever, ever use this contractor. It has been an absolutely terrible experience.
