My only issue was I had a lot of spray splattered on porch and house that I had to power wash off. That may be normal, I guess, just didn't know what to expect. I spray yards, foliage, and homes for pests. How much you want sprayed determines the cost. I use a backpack blower to spread bifinthrin and suspend polyzone for $20 a gallon and that covers approximately 1/4 acre + travel. Results last up to 3 weeks depending on rainfall/ watering. I also use larvicide.
