For the money, dependent on customer service, I have to say you’ll find another company just as easily. I ordered the roll off for my elderly mom’s property which I can’t imagine is the easiest to navigate with a dumpster, however the attitude I received when he dropped it off was absolutely unwarranted. His assist tried to make things better when she saw the ire in my eye after his rudeness and trite remarks by trying to say it was her fault for not looking up the location but in all honesty it is the driver’s responsibility to hone the skill to deliver in awkward situations. If you’re going to run a business you should have what’s required so as not to blame the customer for your ineptitude. I figured there would probably be an overage charge, and there was, however a picture of the scale and overage would have been nice to include in the email just as proof. Had it been my property and payment method I would have sent him away immediately and called someone else.

After cleaning out a rental property, I found that I had a garage full of misc. furniture, junk and trash that I needed removed and hauled away as soon as possible. He arrived early and was very professional. We agreed on price, which was very reasonable, considering the amount I had and no way of hauling it myself. Daniel went to work and loaded everything in his trailer. Afterwards, he went above and beyond and even swept out the garage area where the trash was located.
