+ -1 moreSee above. Had hoped he was the professional I needed to fix and improve my water system/plumbing. Apparently this guy doesn't understand the value of good reputation, not simply good repairs! I have about $15K of work needing to be done. I WILL NOT be calling Dales, nor any company that refers me to Dales. Highly recommend Total Pump Supply Service in Locust Grove!
Description of Work: Had a water pump system that needed equipment replacement and repair. Jim Dale came out to advise. He was there literally 20 minutes, totally misunderstood what he was looking at (he actually insisted that the water flowed opposite from the way it actually flows); insisted again arrogantly, that it was a well pump (it isn't) and for all that bunch of nothing charged me $130! Total ripoff! I've had 3 other professionals out to my place in Locust Grove since then, and NONE of them charged me a penny. THEY have received my business. NOT Dale's plumbing!

+ -1 moreI called and left message on their recorder and it was several days before I had a return call. This probably was due to my message . I said that it was not an emergency and I needed to get on their schedule to replace a water heater. When my call was returned, the service was scheduled for next day repair. If your problem is an emergency or needs quick attention, be sure to say so on your message. The repairman delivered and installed a new water heater and took the old heater for disposal. He was quick, careful, personable and pleasant. I had used Dale's Plumbing in March 2011 to repair two broken and quot;teesand quot; (connections) that had frozen and split, replace a shower faucet and replace a valve in washer/dryer hookup. This work was scheduled and completed without a problem.

+ -1 moreHe's a full price plumber, but he doesn't rip you off with his prices. His son, Jimmy Dale, who works for him is really great. He saved me a lot of money when he replaced my gaskets because he was able to pull it out, drill it and cap it, and rethread it. He did it in a timely fashion and didn't over charge me. It saved me from having to replace the entire setup.
Description of Work: He has come out about three times for me. The first time he ran a natural gas line for my natural gas cook stove and heater. His son then came in and put in a new kitchen faucet for me. The third time he reset the toilet on a wax gasket.
