I can't recommend Jody highly enough. She really knows the market; she listened closely to what our family was looking for, and she was able to cull through the overwhelming number of listings to find a number of potential homes that were good fits for us. Whenever we had questions, even difficult questions (like: Who owns that area beside the house? Is that an easement?), she didn't just speculate at the answers; instead she was able to quickly obtain accurate answers for us. When we found seeming insolvable remodeling problems with one house that we really liked, she made some calls and found a solution we had overlooked. She was extremely professional and always prompt and prepared, and she understood intuitively when to give us space to look around on our own, and when we were looking for more guidance. Whenver we asked for comps, she had them prepared for us right away. She's a very warm and friendly person, absolutely fantastic with kids, and incredibly professional and patient. My whole family gives her our highest possible recommendation. A+++
