 + 7 moreWe called the first number that popped up on a websearch. What a waste of time. No calls back- for days- then Angie- our "Real Estate Angel" was recommended on Angie's list!!! Lol! We talked and she asked us several questions and within an hour we got an email with homes that really appealed to us and were in our price range. She worked with us for two weeks and we made an offer on our new home! She made sure we had a home warranty, a detailed inspection and that the seller repaired a few things that we needed. We felt like royalty! We never had to worry, knew she was on top of it and the closing was smooth as butter!
Description of Work: Angie went above and beyond to welcome us to our new community. From the moment we first spoke, she assured us that this unexpected relocation would be a smooth process and she was absolutely right. She emailed us several listings in our price range and was able to put us in contact with a Qualified real estate lady to SELL our old home. She took additional photos at our request and really made this transition seamless. We were not getting calls back from another Real Estate company, but whether we called,emailed or texted- Angie was always there. We found the perfect home and Angie helped us schedule our closings and move to happen the same day. We literally walked out with our new home keys and into out new home where she had a fruit basket and drinks waiting- and a pizza card! She even thought to make a bathroom basket with toilet paper, toothbrushes, and towels! Everything we needed to sleep well in our new home. We are thrilled with every step of the process and would recommend and use Angie again and again. It is nice to know that someone really cares and knows what it takes to ease the home buying process.
