 + -1 moreI had a leaky shower in a rental property and replacement was not an option. Greg was able to help me find a cost effective solution by converting into a small closet. He replaced all rotten wall studs, extended tile flooring into it. Communication was key as I could not be there to monitor, he called with updates daily.
Description of Work: Leaky shower torn out and replaced. Flooring repaired. Multiple house/flooring repairs.
