We called Mr. Ramos a few weeks ago and that same afternoon, he came to discuss our project and provide an estimate. After visiting with him, we knew we wanted him to do the job. Even though the weather has prohibited any outdoor work, Mr. Ramos stayed in touch with us to determine a good time to do the work. He is very professional and accountable: He explained in detail the materials he would use and the costs of materials and labor. No surprises! He offered suggestions for the design of the project. His suggestions made our patio and sidewalk even more beautiful. He did not leave tools and trash strewn around. All materials were carefully stacked until the next morning. He arrived promptly, did a full day's work, and did not waste time. He did not stay on the cell phone constantly, as some contractors do. He is polite and well-mannered. After the basic job was completed, he thoroughly cleaned up the area and placed all extra stone, concrete, etc. where we designated. In addition, he assisted us with some heavy furniture moving. We found Mr. Ramos to be a very honest and dependable contractor. We have discussed other projects with him. We feel comfortable in leaving him and his crew on our property without supervision.

Luis answered the phone on the first attempt and was out my new house in an hour with his mower ready to go. The property was way overgrown and we knew it wasn't going to be an easy job. He went above and beyond our expectations. When we showed up back at the property 3 hours later we were so please with the work he had done. We will definitely use Ramos Lawn Care again and highly recommend.

Luis Ramos provided a free estimate by phone, after inspecting the job, then immediately completed the work post approval same day! Vendor was a pleasure to deal with, especially since I am from the metro and had to deal with him exclusively by phone and text message. Would recommend Luis for other work in the Chickasha and Tuttle Areas.

He is very nice. He helps me with our garden. He is such a gentleman. He helps me moves anything in the house. He is excellent all around and a decent person. He always calls if he is going to be late. I would recommend him to anyone. He is also very efficient.

He will do anything. He once helped carry in a cedar chest after we moved in. He is a great guy. He's old fashioned and respectful. He does great landscaping and lawn care.
