"The concrete coating began to bubble in more than half of the area the same day it was applied. Subsequently it peeled. According to him my sprinkler system caused the problem. (I did not run the sprinker in September.) Their attempt to fix the problem did not work. I filed a claim in Small Claims Court and received a judgment of half of my payment. On the day they tried to fix the probllem, I still felt it would be fixed. At that timeI I agreed for them to take the left over coating material to store. When I asked them for a date I could pick up the coating, I was told there was none left. (They had assured the Small Claims Judge they had the material and it would be returned to me.)"
