NATURAL WONDERS MARBLE

AMAZING! We bought our granite at the home and garden show in 2016. We got a free upgrade to the next level of granite and couldn't be happier. We dealt with Will and Kimberly and they were both terrific! Here's the kicker though... We recently got a new oven, and all the ovens now are 30 inches, even the slide-in ones, and our new one didn't fit the hole. They came out and cut both sides of our granite wider, for FREE, then rounded and polished the cut edges, all in about 20 minutes! They said as long as they're in business, the countertops are under warranty for anything, even changes like that! Who does that?! I know, right? Incredible, but true. They also recut our granite in only 48 hrs after we asked! We're using them for our guest bathroom next. I'll never use anyone else with prices, quality, and service like that.

The install went flawless as well as picking out the granite of our choosing. They had excellent pricing and I have no complaints. I'm planning on hiring them again for my 2 bathroom countertops.

I am a point's person that is why I like to use my credit card. The owner came and was honest about everything. I decided to use granite instead of marble for counter tops. The quote was free. I would have gone with them if I had gone with granite. Because I had pieces of granite reserved at the distributors and I had three different quotes from three different vendors and theirand lsquo;s was twenty dollars cheaper. It was the credit card, because I do not trust anybody and if they do a bad job and I pay with check or cash there is no recourse action. When you pay with a credit card, you can always dispute it with the credit card company. The credit card is like an extra weight that will be your heavy. I decided to go with tile too.

Natural Wonders did a fantastic job. The kitchen and master bathroom countertops are beautiful. They look so good that I am going to have two more bathrooms and a utility room completed in granite that I had not planned on doing. I got estimates from 4 other companies and struggled understanding exactly what they were going to do and not going to do. The other companies all had a service of part of the process that was an additional cost. Will Friesen, owner of Natural Wonders was down to earth and cut through all the confusion by filling in all the gaps the other granite and marble companies had left out of their estimates. He answered all my questions and made suggestions to help me understand the process. The price quote was excellent and presented so you know exactly what is going to be done. I went to their showroom in Tuttle which surprised me because of its size and design. There were completed countertops in their showroom so you get a better idea of what to expect. They had a better showroom than the competing companies. Their stone yard is designed so I could walk through and actually pick out the slab of granite that was going to be installed. The price was good and Natural Wonders moved the process right along. They took pride in their work and made it clear that they never missed deadlines... and they didn't. They installers were quick, efficient and cleaned up after the instillation. They were the kind of workers that I felt comfortable for them to be in my home, if you know what I mean, and they seemed to be proud of their product and company. All-in-all it was a very pleasant experience and I plan on using them again. I am a judge and pride myself in recognizing good character and can say that Natural Wonders is efficient, courteous, professional and reasonable in price. I can highly recommend Natural Wonders to the public with complete confidence. You won't go wrong picking them for any marble or granite needs.
