+ -1 moreHe called when he was on the way to my home saying it'd be 20 minutes and he was here on time. He spent a total of 75 minutes on site and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He was recommended by a family member and I am so pleased that he is now the only heat and a/c man I want to use. In the past I've used large companies and was never happy with the cost although the service was generally good. With Mr. McIntire the costs were very reasonable.
Description of Work: Owner Jason McIntire responded to my heat pump problem on a Sunday. I knew my condenser motor was bad and had a replacement on hand but needed it installed by a pro. I'd also had a blown main fuse issue with this unit which was unrelated to the motor failure and he spotted the source of that problem within seconds, a wire had rubbed against a piece of metal. He replaced the wire, installed the motor, and added a little over a pound of Freon. He then did a quick check of an identical second heat pump and found it was okay.
