The process went very smoothly. The rep came to the house measured the current windows and showed us what type of windows were available for our application and the prices. We ordered the windows, paid for half the cost. In about 4 weeks the windows were installed. The installers did a great job and worked quickly. We are very satisfied with Window World.

Installers arrived at expected time and completed the installation very quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Love the new windows so far - very clean looking and work great.

I ordered a house full of windows in April. When installed in July they were 1 window short. I ordered another window July 24. I was told 6 to 9 weeks to get it in. They never called to tell me it was in. I had to keep calling. Finally at 14 weeks when I called they admitted it was in. They didn't want to install it on the weekend even though it was their mistake. They wanted me to take a day off work to install it when it was their fault. I was to the owner wouldn't allow a weekend install and I told her to have him call me. Each time I called Annette said she would have Carolyn call me and she never did. I finally talked to Tracy who set it up. The installer came on time on Saturday morning and did a good job.

The windows work well and they're nice.

The person who came out was very professional, very thorough in explaining, very excellent, very quick and they kept me posted. They had the best price. I was very happy with the service.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. I LOVE the windows.

We requested several window companies to visit us for an estimate. Window World was the second to respond and had an appointment for the next day. The gentleman came to our house very well prepared. He brought a sample window and explained all the features of the windows. He even had a UV light with him to show the function of the argon filling. He was a typical sales man, but he also educated me on all the different features windows can have. We are still in the process of getting quotes for our 26 windows to be replaced. Due to their professionalism and an expected high quality, Window World will be taken into consideration for the job

I had a lot of issues with them. They did measure the windows when they came out, but that was all they checked. I was initially concerned about the trim I had on my windows. We discovered that my siding would have to be pulled back to install the windows. The technician asked if I wanted trim - and I responded no, because I thought it was just a sales tactic. I didn't know that it was going to look like crap without trim. When it came to taking the windows out, one of the men just ripped the window out, which seemed lazy and it was not ok. I told them they better not take the window out like that again. I have an A/C unit in my window. Their solution to get this accomplished is to cut/destroy the window. I would have to keep the window closed at all times. I've asked for a refund for this. There were many issues throughout the process. Now that it is cold - I'm having a new problem. There is condensation coming through the window along with ice. I called about this problem. They told me they would come to my house to do a humidity test. I don't think the humidity in my house is the problem at all. They are not treating me, or the situation right. The windows are the issue, not the humidity in my house. Whenever I have an issue, they seem to give me only excuses.

They arrived on time and finished the work efficently.

We are very happy with their work. They did get behind on their scheduling but when they came through they put two teams on it so all the replacements took only two days. They replaced 23 windows and some of them were very large and specialized windows. Our overall experience with them has been good and we recommend them.

NOT GOOD AT ALL! This is the recording on #3 “file” RM Yeah, when the sashes came in, the upper sashes, they did not reorder them correctly for the tempered windows in the sun room and sewing room, and the master bedroom upper sashes were built wrong or ordered wrong… BLM And just didn’t fit? RM Yeah, didn’t fit. So they had to be reordered for those, and those came in, along with four screens that would not work properly, in about 8 weeks after the initial installation, which caused us to have to move all the furniture again and clean the house again. BLM Because every time we have one of these situations, we have to move the furniture and then we have people tramping in and out of the house, creating dirt… RM Bringing it in… BLM Bringing it in, we have to clean it up and move furniture. RM After they reordered the master bedroom upper sashes again, the second time, the sashes for the master bedroom came in, which would have been the third installation, they were the wrong size again. And we had to move furniture and clean up after the installation for the third time, in the master bedroom… BLM Or the attempted installation. RM Yeah. Yeah. BLM Meanwhile, the windows are all dirty from the manufacturing, and I’m not having the windows cleaned because they weren’t all installed yet, I wanted to just have the window cleaner out one time, and we couldn’t get the windows installed so that the windows could get cleaned. We had Steve Bartow out here at an appointment at 2:00 o’clock on February 22 and I don’t know what he did at that point. This is the recording on #4 “file” RM The original order was made on August the 5th of 2010. Expected installation at that time was 6 to 8 weeks. The initial installation of the windows was started and completed on October 18, 2010. The windows of the initial installation were built wrong as the upper sashes has a 3x2 (3 columns by 2 rows) light configuration, we has ordered a 3x3 in the upper and a 3x2 in the lower as the widnow sashes were a 60x40 split vx. 50x50. Eight weeks later, the upper sashes were replaced, which would have been December15 time frame—I don’t remember the exact date—where it was found that the master bedroom windows did not fit, so had to be reordered. The reorder of the master bedroom windows came in around the 15th of February. That’s when Lonnie came out to check the installation and found the master bedroom windows—the second try—did not fit, either, so then Steve came out with the third set of master bedroom upper sashes and screens. The new screens worked according to what I expected and were replaced. The third set of master bedroom windows also didn’t fit and Steve took measurements for those as well, and in that process found that the tempered glass of the sun room, deck side window next to the door, was not tempered, and the sewing room, deck side door, on both sides of the door, windows were not tempered either. So he reordered those sashes, even though they had been replaced—the upper sashes had been replaced once before, they were not reordered as tempered and they should have been. And in every one of these moves and installations, furniture had to be moved and clean-up had to be performed afterwards. That reorder came in around March 10 and they replaced… They got the right master bedroom sashes and the tempered windows or sashes of the sun room and the sewing room. And at that time we agreed to, as compensation for the mishandling of the order that window units in the master bath would be replaced and I would pay for the extras that would go with it. Which I agreed to. Those two windows came in and were to be installed yesterday, April 25. Both of the windows were built incorrectly. We found after looking at the order that the order had been sent in incorrectly for both windows. The window frame of the small window would have been OK to install, but I chose not to have either window installed because I only wanted one mess to clean up, so those windows have been reordered, to my knowledge, correctly this time, because Steve did come and re-measured everything and found the problems, found the problems with the highlights being ordered wrong, and I’ll call today and verify that everything’s being ordered correctly. ( I was not able to call and verify the order or expected arrival).

They responded to our internet request very quickly and scheduled a visit for the same week. The gentleman arrived promptly at the time promised and was very knowledgeable about the product. We received a quote while the representative was on site. I wanted a different color and style of window and had a preference on the installation processs - cutting in on the sheetrock vs. allowing the window to protrude and applying a vinyl kit - so we chose another vendor.

Excellent job done, from estimate to installation. Very professional. They installed all of the windows in one day. I paid what was quoted to me.

Our windows came in three weeks earlier than estimated. We had the installation scheduled for the Friday before Memorial Day weekend which did worry me. On the Thursday before the work was to be done, we received a phone call saying the installer scheduled for our job was unable to be there on Friday and we would need to reschedule. We scheduled for the next Friday. The company sent a team of two people (Husband and Wife) to do the job. They arrived on time and completed the work within 8 hours. The windows are beautiful and make a big difference in the appearance of our home both inside and out. We could not have been more pleased. The installers were friendly and very professional. It was very obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. I would definitely recommend Window World of Tulsa to others.

We had set up a time for them to come but they didn't show up. We called and they had an installer quit. They rescheduled for the next Wednesday. The installers they sent were excellent. They did such a great job. We were impressed.

Delivery and install were 3 weeks overdue. All furniture and window coverings had to be moved to center of the rooms. Install was delayed again due to sickness of installer. Workers installed 3 windows then said they had to go to another town to "clean up after another install job". We were stuck with a house in chaos for almost a week. Windows were as advertised but would never recommend this company to anyone!

I AM PLEASED THAT THIS COMPANY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB FOR ME. THEY STARTED AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED AND ONLY TOOK ONE DAY TO COMPLETE THE WORK. I LIKE HOW MY WINDOWS LOOK.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT. I AM PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT.

I FELT THAT THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT THAT WE SIGNED. I WASN'T HAPPY WITH ONE OF THE WINDOWS AND THEY FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL AND THEY LEFT NOTHING BEHIND. THEY WERE REALLY GREAT.

THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE ENTIRE JOB FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE WHICH WAS REALLY NICE. THEY HAD THREE WORKERS THERE AND WERE ABLE TO DO THE JOB VERY WELL IN ABOUT AN HOURS TIME. WHEN THEY FINISHED THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY CAME IN AND WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE REQUIRED. THEY WERE ALSO RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT. I'M IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

THEY WERE PREPARED. THEY ALSO DID ALL OF THE EXTRA WORK BEFORE AND AFTER THEY WERE DONE. MY NEW WINDOWS DON'T LEAK AND THEY ARE VERY EASY TO OPEN. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

THE WINDOWS THEY INSTALLED LOOK GREAT. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON GIVING OUR HOME A NEW LOOK. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY.
