+ -1 moreI took my laptop in for virus removal with data recovery. I was told no specific date to expect it back, but instead told to check back the following Thursday. I checked back and was told they didn't know when they would look at it. I followed up the next Wednesday and then told they had something like an 18 business day timeframe to have a tech look at it. I decided to pick up my laptop and take it elsewhere. The prices are reasonable but the turnaround for service is crazy.
Description of Work: I was looking to have a virus removed and recover my data.

+ -1 moreI called Wholesale Computer Supply to get a quote on a repair job to my registry. The gentleman who answered the phone had a very thick accent and was hard to understand. When I explained the problem, he assured me that I had a virus. (I knew fully well that I did NOT have a virus, and when the PC was repaired by another company, it was confirmed the problem was NOT a virus). I explained that the PC was clean of viruses and I had a problem with the registry. He spoke over me and told me that he was sure it was a virus. Given that he did not even listen to my explanation of the services I needed, I decided not to use them.
Description of Work: I did not utilize this company, based on my initial inquiry about pricing and service.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN MANNER AS WELL AS COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB CONSIDERING THEY STARTED WITH AN EMPTY SHELL.
Description of Work: THEY REBUILT A FRIED COMPUTER FOR ME.
