Took almost a month for someone to call me after my initial message left for them but once estimate was made work was done well and quickly. I would use them again.

They were very polite, but they could not come out for 3 weeks. I did not hire them for that reason, but they were very polite. Update They did come out for an estimate. I have them my email address to send me an estimate. I called 5 times wondering where the estimate is. They finally sent me an estimate, to cut a limb off a tree would be $250. They were 3 or 4 higher than other estimates that I cut. The lady that I talked to was very polite and professional.

It went rather well. I communicated with the provider on multiple occasions before the work was performed. He was very professional and happy to answer my MANY questions about the work. The team showed up to remove the tree with a large crew, 6-8 people, and removed a tree and ground out the stump within a matter of 5-6 hours! The team worked very quickly and I was very pleased with the result. The only concern I had was that the equipment they used tore up my lawn a bit, but we've replanted the grass and everything looks great. And the cost was phenomenal!

The crew was very polite and did an excellent job. However, there was no communication with me regarding when they were coming or when the owner was coming to give me an estimate. He showed up at my door late one evening without calling first. The crew also showed up without calling regarding time or date of their arrival. I just happened to be at home when they came. This is important because I needed to talk to them about what I wanted done.

We B Trees trimmed our four very large trees. They removed dead wood and broken branches. They were very thorough and did an outstanding job.

They couldn't come out until mid-July, which was far too long to wait.

Called and emailed the week of the June 11th to request a quote. We live in West Tulsa and try to support local businesses. I was told it would be the following week before we got a quote due to a 'scheduling issue'. Never received another contact and never got a quote, most disappointed. Two other companies we contacted the week of the 11th managed to get us quotes by that Friday and the following Monday. We will end up using another company since they called when they said they would, were nice, and had good customer service. Updated June 27th. Got a phone call last night around 8ish, Tim was going around and doing proposals and was calling to find out if we were in. He showed up, knocked on the door, walked around, briefly looked at the willow, briefly walked the fence line we want cut back, then headed towards his truck and said he would get us a proposal in the morning. The proposal did show this morning as promised. However! I get that they are very busy as summer is usually a busy season for everyone that does yard type work. But I was never greeted, didn't get a handshake or introduction, and I got the impression he was very busy and very rushed. The whole thing felt just the side of rude. Common courtesy goes a long way for me.

This company was one of four I contacted through Angie's List. Although they did contact me to discuss my project, there was a lag of 72 hours from my request for an estimate until their phone call. At least they did call me, albeit too late. Had much worse experiences with two other Angie's List companies.

I called for an estimate and Tim Nall came the next day. He was professional and I thought the fees were entirely reasonable. We made an appointment for that same week. His crew came, did the work exactly as I had asked and removed all of the resulting debris. It could not have been a better experience.

A two-man crew came out. One scaled the trees and cut branches from the interior of the canopy to open it up so that the trees could fill out properly. They cleaned up everything they cut plus a few branches that were already on the ground. They are insured, and a certified Arborist manages all work that is done. We were very pleased with the job, and the trees look great now that they have and quot;greened upand quot; for the spring.

My parents have used their services for several years and I started using them last year. It went great! They do have higher prices, but you get what you pay for. They are very educated, informative and they do a great job!

Perfect really. They had a cherry picker and a crane. The tree was very large and they just really did an excellent job. I would use them again even though they were a little higher in price

I have used them for quite a few years. I can highly recommend him. I think his prices are very fair. I am totally pleased with everything.

It could not have gone better. I called for an estimate and Tim Nall called me back that day and met me at my house so that I could show him the work that needed to be done. He sent me a written estimate two days later and his crew did the pruning within of a week of the time I first spoke to him. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the service and would recommend this company to anyone needing tree service. Tim is a certified arborist and a registered forester and the work his company did was excellent.

I was quoted $1600 just to plant 4 canopy trees by WE B Trees. I found the quote to be very expensive. While shopping around, I came across a competitor who quoted me a lesser price with additional work to be done. The quote process was a good one, though the person to give the quote was not approachable. I might use their services in future.

They did fine. They were too expensive and I could not afford them at that time. They were very professional. They did followup very well.

Slow responding to estimate initially but then work was scheduled and completed quickly.

We found We B Trees to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We chose this company because they are certified arborists and we didn't want the trees just cut. They arrived on time, had good equipment and were neat and clean. They advised us of their plans in advance. All branches and debris were cleaned up and taken away. We were advised several times to call them if there were any questions about the work.
