Vision Air Services

This one is kinda tricky. They (two separate techs) stated that my issue was due to an inadequate intake source. Meaning, my unit was not able to get enough air in order to breathe properly. They were very professional and thourough. I felt like the price they quoted me was fair........only problem was that it wasn't what I needed. Fortunately I had another company come out for a second opinion and they checked the coolant. I was almost out and the unit was starting to freeze! This company stated that what most likely happened was that Vision Air Services measured my unit's coolant levels based on the wrong type (R-22 vs. R410a). A simple coolant refill did the trick! Thank goodness I hadn't a second opinion; otherwise I would have spent over $1,100 on something that would not have fixed the issue. I am not upset with Vision Air and understand that mistakes happen. The lesson learned is to always get a second opinion if at all possible.
