Description of Work: They saved me from having to replace carpet that had red stains in two rooms. Then they cleaned the carpet and I also had them clean the tile in kitchen and bathrooms. I can't tell that the red stains ( one was green) were ever there. They did wonderful work.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaned in 3 rooms and hallway and walk-in closet. Thought, perhaps, more items should have been removed from closet floor befor cleaning. Tile and grout in bathroom looked really great. Also cleaned large area rug and four pieces of furniture. Didn't realize the furniture pieces were in such need of cleaning until it was done.

+ -1 moreJudy and Jason did an excellent job! They arrived on time and worked extremely hard. I was ready to purchase new furniture thinking the fabrics had worn out, but no! It was grey powdery residue left from previous Chem cleaning! My furniture and rugs look brand new and I couldn't be more pleased! I asked for and received an estimate on my upstairs. No hard sell! I will use them again!
Description of Work: Cleaned 4 wool area rugs/runners, 2 couches, 2 chairs and an ottoman. The furniture was very soiled. They worked for over 4 hours!

Description of Work: My dog left some "gifts" for us on our new carpet and I had an old spill by my bedside table, and the cleaner was enthusiastic about restoring the beauty to my carpet he had to move the bedside table to get to the old stain, did that and replaced it with plastic liners (told me how long to keep it there, but blew it off, they're still there). Honestly, one of those people that I'm very glad I came across - they leave my house with a feeling of blessing.

Description of Work: Stairs and complete upstairs were cleaned. A "cat" spot was cleaned. Victory works about twice as hard as the bigger carpet cleaning companies. They get the carpets twice as clean and they seem to really care about your home, carpets and the job you want done.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room, dining room, hall and one bedroom They placed hose guards around door frames and plastic tabs under all furniture before starting. The entire carpet was pretreated, including several bad spots, before they began the steam cleaning process. Both workers were friendly and professional.

Description of Work: My daughter was moving into a new home and the previous owners did not do any cleaning. Since they had 3 dogs, we felt a nice housewarming gift would be to have the entire house cleaned prior to moving in. Due to a swift move up of closing date, I needed the cleaning done within 2 days of when I called. Victory was able to accommodate the short notice. They cleaned, deodorized, sanitized, and scotchguarded all the carpet and cleaned and sanitized all the tile flooring. There were two spots on the carpet which were suspect as to whether he could actually remove them. He treated those with special care and they magically disappeared. Although you could not detect the odor upon entering the house, he advised that all the tile had tons of urine remains, presumably from the dogs. He went the extra mile in getting that all clean and shiny for our young granddaugher to be crawling on. Everything was dry and ready for move in, as promised, by early the next morning. We are extremely pleased with Victory's service and will use them each and every time we need carpet or tile cleaning. Thanks to Angie's List for the recommendation.

+ -1 moreThese folks are fantastic. I have used them for years and received such great service, I wouldn't use anyone else. They use only the best products and really take the time to do a good job. The guys who came were so polite and professional. They took the time to explain what type of carpet I had, and after cleaning it went through every room with me to make sure I was satisfied. They also talked to me about carpet wearing and offered to come again to redo any spots that needed a second shot. I though the guy was kidding but sure enough the owner called me that very evening to make sure everything went well. He wanted to make sure the carpets were drying well and also offered to bring fans if I wanted them. I mentioned that a pathway and the stairs looked a little more worn than I would have liked and he told me he would have his guys come back at my convenience to look at it and retouch it if necessary. Sure enough, the guys came as scheduled and redid the stairs and that pathways. No extra charge. When the guy left, he said if I had a spot or two in the future that needed cleaning, just to give them a call. He said if they were in the area, they would just pop in and clean it as a courtesy. No kidding. These people know what it takes to stay in business and this courtesy and and quot;going the extra mileand quot; just doesn't seem to be found anywhere anymore. This is why I would NEVER use anyone else. No rush job here, just good hard working folks who want to go more than the extra mile.
