+ -1 moreThe technician was a little late because he had trouble finding the house. He did promptly call my contact number and politely and apologetically explained that he was lost. After his arrival a short time later the installation began. The job went smoothly. He installed the header bracket, opener and track/trolley. He then installed all the sensors and controller panels. He tested and verified everything was working correctly. Then he explained some features of the system and made some recommendations regarding accessories and maintenance. Finally, he cleaned up all the mess and left me with a great system and a clean garage. One of my best home repair experiences ever. Thanks!
Description of Work: I hired United Door to install a garage door opener/operator in a new home. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They appear to sell and service business, as well as residential products, so the product line they sell is of very good quality. It was not a hard job since the home is new and door and much of the wiring was already in place. The price they quoted me was very competitive and it the end it received a great, full-featured garage door opener system -- installed -- for just a little more than a mid-priced system alone at a box store.
