TULSA ROOFING CO & REPAIR

I own a small rental property in Tulsa - I live out of State. I am in the process of repairing hail damage to the roof and siding, along with an overall renovation to sell. I received some homeowners insurance reimbursement, but the majority of the costs were out-of-pocket. This was explained to Dan Tucker when I called Tulsa Roofing. During my initial telephone contact, he spent the majority of time berating insurance companies in general and Farmers Insurance in particular. I didn't disagree with him, but that wasn't the point. I asked him for a bid for the work I needed. He wanted a copy of the insurance estimate, even though I told him it was irrelevant, since I was paying for the work. I finally sent the insurance estimate to him in order to get a proposal. He sent an email back saying, "Under the circumstances and prices you/your agent have come up with we would not feel comfortable preceding (sic) on this job." He then offered to act as my contractor to make sure my estimates are fair and the company doing the work is honest, etc.

I had a small leak in my roof demonstrated by staining on my ceiling. Terence came the same day I called for an estimate, climbed in the attic and roof, determined the leak came from faulty sealant around the pipes coming from the roof. He sealed and painted the pipes so hopefully, the problem is solved. He was very nice and professional although he had to run back to the office to get a receipt for me. However, he was just coming to do an estimate but it was such a small job it was good to get it taken care of immediately. I would call them again for a future problem.

They did everything they said they would, did the work quickly and made it look good! I'm very pleased with how well they treated me and my home!

I had hired a handyman about two months earlier and he thought the flashing was leaking as well, but when he patched it he put on the wrong sealant! So, when the sealant got brittle, it started leaking again. Tulsa Roofing came out and put the right sealant on and I have had no problems since.

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE GREAT SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. IT WAS FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE WITH A SMILE. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL. THIS WAS A GOOD JOB WELL DONE.

THEY HAD MY OLD ROOF TORE OFF AND REPLACED WELL BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE THEY GAVE US. THEY DID NOT TAKE THEIR TIME ON IT, BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE REALLY LIKED THE LOW PRICE THEY GAVE US.
