We were very pleased with the quality of work and craftsmanship with this company. Mr. Jones was prompt and always called back. He and his crew were always on time and performed the work in a timely manner. His crew was very professional. We did have a problem with one window that was installed. It had a factory defect. He replaced it no questions asked. he stood behind the warranty and made sure everything was right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing windows and/or siding.

The project went as planned. All concerns were taken care of immediately. Siding is installed properly. Excellent carpenters. The paint job on the house is one of the best I have seen. You can count on what these people tell you. They will do exactly what they say.

I was disappointed that the Angie's List deal didn't specify that there were specific types of siding that weren't covered.

It was fine. They were very professional and friendly to work with. I also purchased replacement windows from the and they did a really good job. They were pretty expensive. They're always very prompt. They always do what they say they will do. They're very good to work with. They went over everything before starting. The only thing was on the windows I did not realize the tint would be greenish. So I was kind of shocked when they came. I did express that. I guess I just didn't do my research. They went ahead and put the windows in. The windows are very efficient. Our utility bills are lower. I'd say the craftmanship was good. Their workmanship was good. Everything was good except that I was shocked about the tint. I wished they'd been more informational about that.

Steven Jones is the owner, Joe & Casey are the installers and Arturo heads up the paint crew. All phases of the project were professional from the initial visit for quote. to installation, to painting, and completing punch list items. Never a complaint from anyone on the job site and everyone was approachable and answered questions or concerns. The project was started and completed on time and they made accomodations for my work schedule (nights at the time) as far as which part of the house was completed first. Also the price for the project never changed and Steven was very prompt in his communications whether it was returning voice mail, texts or emails. Probably the greatest communication tool I had not experienced before was his innovative use of a private youtube links in which he made multiple videos with voice over and telestrator type mark-ups showing you what work is next and what was completed. The house was completely transformed and the high level of craftsmanship is apparent! Also not a single run or drip of paint and not any spilled paint. Steven has assembled a great 1-2 punch between craftsmen and the painters that would be impossible for anyone else to top. Thanks!

Tulsa Renew did a great job. They delivered on exactly what they promised. They stayed in constant communication throughout the project with daily updates via e-mail/video, and called anytime they had questions or needed input from me on the next step. Their crews were friendly, courteous, and always on-time. They did great work, and the home looks 1000% better after they completed the work.

They were very quick to respond to questions and keep you updated on the progress. The workers were very prompt and did a good job of cleaning up. They were quick to respond on any issues.

Day one - Call of inquiry made Day two - owner came and gave estimate Day three - work commenced on home House was completely resided and repainted within 2.5 weeks from initial contact. Owner of business visited site daily and kept us informed on progress through daily text messages as well as face to face meetings. Work crews were very professional and friendly. Work site was kept neat throughtout project and was completely clean at end of engagement. Fair price considering the scope of the job and the quality of the work performed. Can recommend wihout reservation.

Tulsa Renew did a great job on the exterior of the house. The home had asbestos shingles and no insulation in the exterior walls. The 5" gutters could not handle the runoff from the metal roof. Tulsa Renew removed all of the old guttering and metal fascia. Then installed insulation and a moisture barrier over the asbestos shingles. The Hardy Plank siding and trim was installed and sealed. Everything was painted, including the metal carport and patio cover, window awnings, entry doors and garage door. New 6" gutters were installed. The home looks great. Steven Jones was very professional, provided video updates and phone calls/texts on a regular basis. The construction crew was professional and friendly; could easily answer my questions; and performed quality work. The cost of the work was high, but I had researched this job for almost two years and could not find another company who could do all of the work that was needed. Tulsa Renew could do the siding, the painting, and the guttering which saved my time and sanity!!! Steven Jones was professional, made appointments and kept them, gave me an estimate within a few hours of looking at the project, and started the work within a week of signing the contract. It took about 6 days total to finish the job. The interior of the home is more comfortable and I think the utility bills will be lower. I am very pleased with the final results.

I am extremely pleased with the results obtained by Tulsa Renew. Steven Jones is an outstanding contractor and manager. All of his workers were top notch. The site was cleaned each day before they left which made the final cleanup excellent. Our 28 year old house looks like a new home.

I was impressed right from the start. Steven is enthusiastic about his work and it carries through to his workers and the job that they do. He listened and did what we wanted done not what he wanted to do which is what we ran into with other contractors. Most evenings we received an email with a video update of the progress made on our house and if you had a question Steven was always available to talk to you. I had heard horror stories of home improvement projects but we experienced none of that with Tulsa Renew. I would highly recommend them.

I decided that the house needed a face lift. I decided on tulsa renew. I didn't choose them for any particular reason, as I was not a member of angies list or anything of that nature. When steve came and gave me an estimate, I knew immediately that he was the man for the job. In a field of swindlers and huslters, steve stands apart from the black sheep of the remodeling industry. I knew just by his words that he was an honest and good man. He undoubtedly has the experience necessary to complete jobs both professionaly and enthusiastically. This was evident in both his demeanor and the abundant ideas that he had for my needs. Once we settled on the ideas and my crummy work schedule, he went to work. The supplies and dumpster were there in 2 days. He started the following monday. The doors also arrived very quickly. The door guy was undoubtedly very professional. He did a fantastic job on the doors. It was apparent he cared about the quality of his work. His hardie installers are a real credit to his business. They themselves are great examples of tulsa renew's oath to settling for nothing but the best. They were very professional and polite. Hardie was installed in a week. Then came my crummy schedule. When I returned, the paint crew went to work. Art and his swat team are as well, credits to the tulsa renew's oath. The entire paint job was completed in a day. The house looks so awesome! I wish I had another house to have done. Steve and all his crew are true craftsman, and are proof that great contractors still exist.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!! Not only was the job done right and with excellence, but this company knows customer service. We had some siding replaced and the job was done to perfection - no trash leftover and yard was left spotless. We were communicated with from beginning to end in a professional manner. The work was done quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The chimney looks way better than the original did. They used high quality materials and good craftsman. Lines are crisp and the thing is solid and built like a tank. They took time to put the needed flashing in the correct and key places to divert water correctly. The materials they used probably doesn't even need the correct diversion, but it's built right non the less. I was actually surprised since they replaced more siding than I had expected. They did the chimney, but also extended the siding to the side of the house directly next to the chimney. Everything looks crisp and clean. The workers were very courteous and wanted to make sure their trucks and equipment weren't in our way. They were in and out of there and we hardly noticed them. I can highly recommend Tulsa Renew! I would use them on my next project in a heart beat.

The owner was on site every day checking up on progress. The technicians were professional and kept the work area clean inside and out. Workmanship was very good. The majority of the work was done in 1 1/2 weeks

We purchased their window frame sealing special from Angies's List. When Mr. Jones, the owner, came to look at the project, it was suggested that it was time to paint and that the siding needed some repair. (that was not a surprise as the house did need it) He carefully explained all that they thought needed to be done and what it would cost, then a detailed contract was drawn up. The price was higher than the other bids that I had gotten, but I sensed that this company would do a better job and they had the protection for their employees that I wanted to see. They were able to do the project when I wanted to. There were a lot of places in the wood trim, window sills and posts that had cracked and needed repair. The project was completed in about 3 days. The owner and crew chief were very knowledgeable and able to communicate well with me. They let me know what I needed to do beforehand and were very responsive to any of my questions. They really worked hard to make me happy with the work done. It was obvious that the whole crew got along well and really tried to do quality work. I am pretty fussy and they even fixed a problem over paint on a window frame left by a previous paint job. They were on time, worked hard and very considerate of my property and did a good job of cleaning up before they left the worksite. Mr. Jones came often to check on the project and at the end of the project. They had me do a walk around for any small details that I wanted checked on and they took care of all of them. It has been a few months since the project was completed and everything still looks very good.

He kept us informed of every step of the project with videos of progress emailed/texted to us. This was so wonderful. We were able to see what they had done for the day as Mr Jones narrated the work, what had been done and what would be done, what problems they had encountered and what solutions they would apply to solve these problems. Beautiful. These video updates helped us remember what we wanted to ask him! Mr. Jones uses all electronic technology not only his advantage but to ours, the homeowners. And we loved it. His install crews and paint crews reflect his values and standards. They are timely. They work diligently throughout the day. They are meticulous in their craft. Our installer was a craftsman. It's difficult in these modern times to find a craftsman. Tulsa Renew has many. And we were thrilled. They know how to install their product with expertise and artistry. We had the HP wall shingles installed, random edge, which made the installation more of an artistic endeavor. It takes a lot of thought and planning to be random in stalling these shingles to get the desired look. Success. We are so impressed. Painting crew was no different, showed up, did what they had to do with minimal fuss, painted the area beautifully, painted the shutters, working just as dilligently and efficiently as the installers. Impressed again. Our job took 4 days to complete and not in the most hospitable weather. It turned extremely cold last week. But the work was done without a falter, materials on site, windows fit, old windows out, old trim off, new windows in, moisture barrier up, new trim, new shingle siding, new shutters with a beveled edge to match existing ones and painting. We would highly recommend Steven Jones' Tulsa Renew. We plan to use them again on a front door project.! We consider Tulsa Renew Tulsa's premier Hardy Plank installer. We will always call Tulsa Renew.

I can not say enough about this crew. I have never meet a group of guys that worked so will together. They knew what had to be done and they got right to work doing the job. They answered all question's. They where here on time everyday they worked very hard from the first day until the last day. This crew even worked when it was cold out side all day not one of them complained. They cleaned up and put their tools away every night. They came back the next day ready to work with smile's on there faces. It was a very nice experience to see how the crew and manages liked their jobs and did a Very Very good job. My house really needed the work done and to see how this company cared so much that they took an ugly house and made her beautiful again I can not thank Tulsa ReNew Owner Steve Jones and his crew for all they did to my house. I would call and talk to Steve Jones with Tulsa ReNew he will get the job done and done right Thank you all again.

Steven and his door crew installed an exterior entry door to my garage. Steven was on time or early for every appointment, responded to emails and phone messages literally within minutes, and all in all spent a lot more time than a job the size of ours probably justified. We received an estimate in a timely fashion and the work was scheduled at our convenience as soon as the door arrived from the manufacturer (each order is custom). His crew, although evidently subs as opposed to full time employees, were friendly, punctual, experienced and extremely good at what they do. I was surprised at how quickly and expertly they were able to perform the work, how much attention to detail they gave, and how thoroughly they cleaned up the work site. Their "squeaky clean" claim is not just hype. There was a misunderstanding about locking hardware which was partly the fault of the door manufacturer, partly the fault of the hardware vendor, and partly the fault of Tulsa Renew. However, it worked out reasonably well in the end. The only concern I had was the price of job which I felt was quite high for a single, standard quality, fiberglass entry door. Overall, I would describe Tulsa Renew as the "Mercedes Benz" of their industry. Their quality and service is absolutely superb but you will pay a premium price for it. If cost is not a primary concern, these are the folks to call, you will not be disappointed. If you are looking to economize, you may want to shop around.

Steven Jones did a great job for us! We have a mid town home built in 1940. Garage and gables had been done in vinyl siding and it had seen better days. Tulsa Renew installed, caulked and painted hardie plank on the garage and 3 gables. It looks so nice, even down to the paint match! My husband and I were gone most of the time while the work was being performed, but Steven sent utube videos of the process, kept in touch and was prompt to respond to all questions and requests. Will use Tulsa Renew again for our next project and I'm sure with an older home there will be a "next project."

Steve from Tulsa Renew was very responsive to my requests. He was on time for the estimate and easy to reach by phone. He was upfront with all costs with no hidden cost later. Once the work began, Steve recorded the work on-line and I was able to view it from work. The siding was replaced quickly and professionally with no regrets.

My husband usually does all the remodelling projects on our home. He was very impressed with the work and workers. They cleaned up every night. His company does a very professional job.

Steven and his team at Tulsa Renew did a wonderful job. We received an estimate from Steven in October and his crew was able to start the same week we hired them. Steven gave us several addresses of houses he had recently painted so we could get a good idea of what colors to go with. He sent us emails and even videos each day to keep us updated on the progress of our home. We had a lot of bad boards on the house that needed replacement, including all of the boards on the chimney. Once they were all replaced, his team got to work on the sanding, caulking and painting. The job was finished very quickly and efficiently but, more importantly, it was done so in a very meticulous manner. Anytime I called or emailed Steven, he answered his phone immediately or returned my email within minutes.
