The work was done in an excellent manner. The workers were on time, on time, and always polite . I really like the fact that Steve Jones supervised the work and supplied us with a video each day of the progress being made. Workers always cleaned up every day. We are very pleased with the product. It makes our house look very nice and we have received many complements. I believe Steven Jones is the most honest contractor in Tulsa. I highly recommend him. Long after the work has been completed, they have always been willing to answer any questions we have. Recently we had some new windows installed. This resulted in the need to do some additional painting. They did it and did it well. I really appreciate their fine services.

Customer Service and Interaction with Tulsa Renew People The owner was polite, fair, knowledgeable and very helpful in describing what needed to be done and the best way to approach each issue. The project manager, who oversaw the work, was helpful, a good communicator and very patient, especially when it came to helping us select paint colors. All workers on the job were polite and appeared to be hard workers doing quality work. It was obvious to me throughout the job that quality and customer service were top priorities and that Tulsa Renew ultimately wanted our working with them to be a positive experience. Price The total cost of the job was $24,500. My initial impression of the price quote was that it was on the high side, but I somewhat begrudgingly accepted it. However, when I saw the man hours involved in accomplishing the work and the quality of work performed by Tulsa Renew, I believe $24,500 was a fair price and I am very happy that I had them do the work. My house looks new, it is protected from deterioration and fire and the Hardy Board has eliminated the need for a great deal of future maintenance to the exterior. Tulsa Renew warranted the paint for life. I am 100% satisfied with the price and quality of work done by Tulsa Renew. Quality Everything done was top of the line quality. Tyvek moisture barrier was installed beneath all Hardy siding. The craftsman installing the siding removed deteriorated wood and did an excellent job of matching the original house style with Hardy board. The painters did an excellent job caulking and used a Sherwin Williams caulk rated at 55 years. Three colors of Sherwin Williams paint were used to cover the eves, garage door, trim and main house. An additional color was used for the front door and they hand painted a bench next to our front door. There was no skimping on paint quality and no complaints about our desire to use four different colors (including the front door). When we called about minor repairs that were skipped they were taken care of immediately. Many samples of paint were tried until we made final decision. Project manager came out after painting was finished and walked through with us (twice). He personally painted some additional trim and neatened some wires that were loose. The painters even requested that we move our cars down the block so any windblown spray wouldn't affect them. Overall about as good an experience as you can have while in a construction mode. Workers were polite and stayed after the project even though it was very cold when they did the siding.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Tulsa Renew. Steve and Keith are extremely knowledgeable about the Hardie siding product and the installation guidelines and requirements. They put us at ease by answering all our questions and giving great explanations. Unlike other contractors who spent most of their appointment time telling us what all they would not do in the scope of their work, Steve spent ALL of his time telling us what all he WOULD DO in the scope of his work - it was a lot more than we expected and he delivered on his promises! The quality of work from every aspect was exceptional. The entire Tulsa Renew team was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. I was very comfortable being around the workers and having them at my home. Steve and Keith assure us they will be back to address any concerns we should have in the future, and I absolutely believe they will!

I had been complicating buying a new home because I felt there would be no way someone could deliver what I wanted for my home in Tulsa. Once Tulsa Renew completed my renovation, I was actually stunned. The price comparison for what I would have to pay for the "best" there is in Tulsa, was what you would expect for the top of the line product, service and communication. The proposal price actually was a bit of a shock because it was high end pricing but once I saw the finished product and the manner in which I was kept abreast of the process, It was above and beyond any service in my experience as a home owner. My experience with Tulsa Renew was great! The work was very organized, efficient, and professional. I especially appreciated the daily video updates of progress on the job. Any concerns were addressed pleasantly and promptly. I received warranties for materials and work after completion, and the owner is a member of the BBB, and on the board of the Tulsa Neighborhoods Historical Society. Steve Jones, owner and operator of Tulsa Renew has, as his motto "Give the Ultimate Client Experience". We both agree that is what we received on this home improvement project. From the very beginning it was a no pressure meeting with Steve. He communicated everything that was needed for our remodel. Once signed on, he followed though with a daily video update sent to us until the very end and our walk through. Any items of concern were followed up on immediately and resolved to our satisfaction. The staff installing windows and doors were very proficient. The Hardy board certified installer was extremely meticulous and left the site spotless at each evening's end. (Just imagine the daily mess). We were amazed at the painters professionalism and dedication to calking, filling, priming and painting. It looks fantastic!!!. The Job Manager took care of all our questions, concerns and was here daily as was Steve, the owner, to check on progress. After all was done they became friends. Everything went brilliantly! On time, on budget and expert construction skills. Nice paint job on the chimney as well. I highly recommend Tulsa Renew for any size job. They have very courteous repairmen. Met with me for a quote and workscope review and schedule for the job. Follow up walk-thru after the job for any concerns or questions. Nice clean up and haul away of old material.

I met with Steven for the first time back in 2013. I knew instantly that he was the guy for the job. 3 jobs later and im still blown away at how professional and curteous he and his employees are, which is uncommonplace these days with contractor's. From start to finish the job was smooth and went faster then i anticipated. Jobsite was clean, as always, and the work unparalleled. I would not recommend anyone else for any home renovation that you may have. I firmly believe that Steven has ESP, as we are always on the same page and knows exactly the style that i am going for, without us speaking our minds.

House looks absolutely fantastic and it was a pleasure to work with everyone on the various crews. My wife felt very at ease discussing any concerns with the trim and the paint crews. I had a second estimate for the work and it was a couple hundred dollars higher. But it wasn't the bottom dollar that influenced me to go with Tulsa Renew. It was the enthusiasm and professional way they conducted business that won me over. In retrospect, if I had it to do over, I would use them again in a heartbeat. Project was completed ahead of schedule, for the quoted price. Looks great! Wife is happy. I'm happy. No issues. No drama. Last thing I heard at the walkaround was "This is how it works from here on out. If you have any problems, call us and we will take care of it." Based on everything else they did, I believe them.

Tulsa Renew offered the best in customer service and quality! We are thrilled with the final product and with the customer service we received throughout the process! Owner is phenomenally articulate, personable, and knowledgeable. Very interesting work history, great examples of work, very informative. Very impressed. The kicker: Quoted us $40k (that's forty thousand dollars) to side house w Hardiplank. Friend in Leawood, KS had 4000 sq ft house done w/ Hardi for $21k. How is this possible? We asked owner to itemize expenses, and he split it in half: $20k labor, $20k materials. Does his crew make $100/hr each for one week of work? Liked talking to him, but very disappointed that we obviously weren't worth a serious quote. His work looks fantastic.

After having new windows installed, Tulsa Renew removed the old siding, installed the complete Hardy Siding system and painted the entire house. Even the areas they did not work. The house looks great. They hauled off all the old siding and mess and left the place nice and clean. Steven is the first contractor I have ever actually enjoyed working with. His contractors were fast and careful. I am certain Steven will be there should Any problems arise. It's all 100% guaranteed. Thank you Tulsa Renew!

Called the owner to schedule an appointment for an estimate. He took my information (address, city, and phone #) then he ask the best date to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I told him I would look at my calendar and get back with him. So I scheduled a day of vacation and called him back. I told him I would be off work on May 29th. The owner said okay and we scheduled the appointment for 1:00 in the afternoon. The 29th rolled around and the owner called me at around 11:15 am and ask if we were still on for our appointment. I said yes and he then ask if we could move the appointment up. I said yes, since I was home already, because I had taken a day of vacation. He asked if he could come in 30 minutes and I said lets make it 12 noon, he says okay. A few minutes later the owner calls and says Tulsa Renew will not be able to do the work because my house is out of their service area. He says they don't service the Cleveland area. He said he did not realize I was in Cleveland, even though he is the one I scheduled the appointment with. At this point I am in shock and wishing I could reach through the phone and choke this guy. I told him I had taken a day of vacation, and he replies "oh really". He does apologize several times but it is too late for that. This should have been discovered when we set-up the appointment. I told the owner specifically where I lived and what town it was in. At no point did he ever say we do not service the Cleveland area. This is a major oversight the part of the Tulsa Renew owner and if this type of major oversight is done on something so simple I would be very afraid of using them to work my home.

We highly recommend Tulsa Renew to anyone needing an exterior home renovation. Our experience: Our two-story Colonial Revival was covered in thirty-year old Masonite, and it was becoming a hassle to maintain and had become unsightly. We knew there was water damage underneath the existing siding and decided to act before it worsened. It was going to be a big job. After meeting with several builders, we decided on Tulsa Renew based on its reputation, competitive price, and comfort with owner Steven Jones. Steven made us feel very at ease with the huge task at hand. He had an answer for all of our questions, and he had a plan for every detail. He took us to some of their recently completed projects to show us the finished product, and we were blown away. We went with Hardie siding and paint. The work started quickly and the crew was very friendly and professional. They were sensitive to our home and work schedules and were mindful that we have dogs and young children. Our project was complete in about 2 weeks and we were very pleased with the final product. The paint crew was amazing, and we cannot stop looking at the house now that it's done. As with any large construction project, no matter who does the work, there will be issues. We checked on the progress multiple times per day and would find things that needed to be addressed (exposed blind nails, blind nails placed where finish nails go, inconsistent lap profile heights, laps not matching at a corner, etc.). We were initially disappointed in some of these details that seemed to be overlooked, especially when the details were one of the main selling points that influenced our decision. We wondered if some of these things would have been fixed had we not said anything. However, Steven was always very prompt, understanding, and professional when we found things that needed to be addressed. It was obvious that our satisfaction was very important to him. All of our concerns were resolved by the time the project was finished. Finally, the warranty and service after completion is incredible. We will never have to worry about our home's exterior again. To Steven, Keith, Garrett, Art, and everyone involved, thank you! No builder is perfect but Tulsa Renew comes close. Working with these guys was a great experience.

Steven Jones with Tulsa Renew was awesome to work with. I am impressed... He showed up when he said he would, the project was completed when he said it would be, AND the project was completed at the quoted price. NO SURPRISES! Not only did Tulsa Renew do incredible work... there was absolutely no mess left for me to clean up, not even a single drip of paint. Steven and his team are true professionals, they worked on my home as if it was their own. I can only say wonderful things about the entire experience of having the outside of my home refurbished with hardieplank installed by Tulsa Renew. Here is my narrative regarding, Steven, his construction crew, Joe and Bo and his paint crew which was headed by Art. They were each and everyone punctual and professional. They are all excellent craftsmen. They did what they said they would do and more. Let me explain further, Steven Jones is simply this: a man of his word! In this day and age that trait is seldom experienced by most folks, especially when we contract with a company to do work and repairs on our homes. I contracted with TulsaRenew to do siding on my 1947 home on February 11th. I was told the job would take between 4 and 5 days and would start in two days. That is exactly what happened. The construction crew was as conscientious, and precise as Steven is and, no surprise, so was the paint crew. I can only say how proud of their work and how gorgeous my house has become. Before you select any of the other sidings that are out there, I highly recommend you contact Tulsa Renew, you will be glad you did. HardiePlank is more expensive, however, the siding and paint has a lifetime warranty! Which makes this an investment and very worth it.

Steve was very professional, extremely prompt and provided a high level of service during the bid process. I was very impressed by the detail and his use of technology to show me exactly what work was going to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his company as he answered every call, every email and followed up on every inquiry I had very quickly.

Steve and his crew are outstanding. Pleasing the customer definitely comes first, I was kept up to date on everything that was going on. The work area was kept immaculate. I'm so thankful that I chose Tulsa Renew. I have neighbors walking over and even people from the neighborhood stoingp in their cars to tell me how beautiful the home looks. I couldn't be more pleased.

Thankfully, Steven with Tulsa Renew was a referral from my mother-in-law so we already were aware that he had done excellent work for her in replacing her windows and repairing some siding. For us, we needed him to replace some of our older windows as well as remove some French doors from our daughters bedroom and replace them with a double window. He was able to clearly explain the scope of work as well as ask detailed questions about what we wanted. He then clearly explained which product he wanted to use for our project and explained his rationale to my husband (who is an engineer so pickiest of the picky). He quickly got us a bid for the project. At the start of the project, he made sure he was there and comfortable with any contractors that we had coming to our house. At many stages of the project, he takes video and pictures and explains that progress as well as making sure that we did not have any questions. Steven has extremely strong communication skills and as the customer it is very comforting to know that we always get a response to any phone call or text to answer any questions we might have. He also takes a lot of pride in the contractors he hires as well as the products he has installed and wants feedback and will follow up with any issues that the customer might have. The person that he had come in and do drywall work had done an excellent job, but had not done a great job of cleaning up after himself in our garage and after we had given Steven that feedback, he worked on finding other contractors to do that work that would be more particular. Steven is one of the rare breed in the construction business who can communicate well, follow up quickly, and explain concisely what is going on. We would absolutely use him again for other projects and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I am so pleased with my choice to go with Tulsa Renew. They are a great company and the guys that worked on my house have to be the best in town. Steven Jones is the owner and kept in touch with me throughout the entire project. I never once felt like I didnt know what was going on during the project or what the next steps where. Steve absolutely lives up to his logo of a squeaky clean work site. When finished there was no sign that he had been here,other than a nice new expanse of siding. Up front and during the work Steve is very much on top of things, explaining what he is doing and keeping the homeowner updated. He uses his phone to give you a video of what is being performed. You feel like he wants you to be totally aware of everything being done to or around your home. By far the most satisfying home services experience I have ever had.
