Tulsa Renew

Description of Work: We had vinyl siding on our home that had hail damage and some had even blown off in a wind storm several months ago so I did extensive online research for a Tulsa siding company to replace all of our siding. Tulsa Renew came up right away with outstanding reviews so I set up an appointment with them. Steven, the owner came out and gave me some great ideas! It was like he “just got me” and we signed up with him. Our home is a registered historic house in the Swan Lake district so we needed to go to the Preservation Committee for the City of Tulsa for approval. Steven handled all of these meetings for us as our representative and got us approved in no time. The only material that the Tulsa Preservation Society will let anyone use on historic homes are wood or the James Hardie siding product. We knew we didn’t want to go back with wood because of the obvious maintenance so went with the Hardie siding. Steven was able to match the way the house looked originally by using a smooth Hardie plank lap siding with the same width lap it had from the 20’s. He even had his guys install a whole new front door and custom shutters they made out of the Hardie trim. Looks amazing and we LOVE the simple, clean look. Hire these guys!!! They are AMAZING!!!

Description of Work: Tulsa Renew showed up on time and completed the work as promised. At this time I would recommend Tulsa Renew if asked.

Description of Work: Steve the owner met with me. Was very friendly and very professional. Very proud of the work he does. However his price range was way outside my budget. decided to go with repainting the home, rather than residing it.

Description of Work: Told me what was going to be done, when it would be done and did what they said they would do. Had one minor issue and I called them about it and they were out within 2 hours (on a Sunday) to fix the problem. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Tulsa Renew replaced siding, windows, shutters and painted garage façade wall. Timely, professional, experienced. Owner Steven Jones was on jobsite at least once a day &/or sent a video or email explaining what had happened for the day, what will happen the next day, what problems they incurred, what solutions were in place. It was just a carefree experience. Carefree!!! Homeowners usually do not use that word when discussing a remodel! Tulsa Renew is just the best.

Description of Work: Tulsa Renew installed new doors, windows and siding on our home First the quality of the work was excellent. The work crews were professional and came when they were scheduled except when weather prevented work. We are very happy with our new doors, windows and siding. Tulsa Renew was a great example of what service and quality should be.

Description of Work: We had Tulsa Renew cover our columns on our front porch in order to achieve a better look. Steve was very nice and attentive while the work was being done. BUT, when I called him about a problem such as nails sticking out here and there, he said he would be over the next day at 11:00a.m. -- that was the last time I talked to him. Never heard from him again. It cost us $300 per column and feel that the service after the sale should have been better. We had to impose on our painter to correct the problem which he did happily. I would never use Tulsa Renew again.

Description of Work: Tulsa ReNew recently replaced all the siding on our home with Hardiplank siding, replaced several doors, replaced the guttering, painted the exterior, and addressed numerous areas of broken brick. The entire experience was wonderful! Steven takes great pride in his work and his crew does an amazing job. The job site was cleaned every evening, the crew was prompt and polite, and Steven was on site multiple times a day checking progress and keeping us updated. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. Could not be happier with the outcome and the service of Steven Jones and Tulsa ReNew. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Steven and employees put faux stone on our chimney, sided the gables of our house, wrapped any exposed wood, caulked and painted the entire exterior of the house.

Description of Work: The experience with Tulsa Renew has been incredible. They are responsive, detailed, and the customer service level is much higher than other construction/trade companies we have used in the past. One example of this service level - I received pre and post photos from the Job site, it kept me in the loop during the project, but also let me know that things were moving along. This level of service will lead to repeat business from us for sure!
