Came out on Saturday noon removed and replaced water heater no weekend charges for 60% of what others wanted. Friendly and pleasant guy.

They were very professional. They were prompt and clean. The water heater went out at 10 pm at night and they were out the next morning to get the job done.

Hot water heater was leaking installed 2017. Told him there was water in drain pan that kept putting out the pilot. I drain the water and relight, but water keeps returning putting it out. I told him it should still be under warranty. He was eager to come out that evening; suggested it was most likely the pilot assembly need replaced. I was at work, but my wife was home. Few hours later my wife told me that she had to write a $425 check to him for parts and labor. Parts were still under warranty, no reimbursement. Problem not fixed, water still leaking.

Bob was great, prompt and clean with his work. We needed a new water heater asap and he was came the day I called him.

Mine is mixed review for this Plumber. The Good: Old Water heater failed leaking water. Bob responded quickly with phone quote and immediate availability. Installed water heater in timely, workmanlike manner on same day. I recall he charged more than the phone quote. But not worth quibbling. The "Not so Good" While he was at my location, I asked if he could fix slow running faucets in two bathroom sinks. I strongly suspected the old pipes were clogged due to electrolysis of copper & iron or clogged. The Delta Faucets are 3 years old. He said electrolysis doesn't happen. Instead he dis-assembled both faucets. Said the cartridges were bad. there were none in stock and would require 2 weeks @ $50 each. I had to contact him 2 or 3 times to get him back to finish the slow running faucets job. The disappointment: after installing the new cartridges, the faucets still didn't run. He Jury-rigged by tapping an adjacent pipe in one bathroom.(i'd suggested this before as what i thought would could be a fix). That worked pretty well. The other faucet still runs slow--not fixed. very disappointing. he charged almost $400. I think that's too much for not solving the total problem. To Summarize: He did fine on the Water Heater Replacement. I would hire him again for Water Heater but I would be more careful with price. I would not hire him for faucet or other stuff. The remaining slow running faucet still needs attention. He's a nice guy. I liked him. Clean, articulate, had a nice truck. he's neat.

He was great. He kept his word on price and went out of his way to do extra things to make sure everything was working right.

Hot water tank leaked on a Friday at 3pm, Tulsa Plumbing Repair responded at was there in 40 minutes. We replaced the tank on Saturday morning with no extra cost.
