Bob is a true professional, yet friendly and easy to work with. He called me quickly after I contacted Home Advisor, came out the next morning to give us a quote on a new hot water heater, and installed it the same afternoon! You can't get better service than that. Plus it was a holiday (Veterans Day) and didn't charge us extra!

The contractor replaced a hot water heater and kept to the promised schedule, and cleaned the area after the install was completed. Contractor's customer service rating would have been higher if he had been more timely in responding to my messages, but not a major issue.

Honest and transparent pricing, and was able to find a quick solution for what we needed. Definitely will use in the future for other plumbing needs!

He was friendly and very aware of procedures to protect us and himself from COVID-19. We could not have asked for better customer service, promptness and overall good experience. I must say this has been our experience with everyone we have contracted through HomeAdvisor ranging from Replacement Windows, siding repair, chimney inspection , interior painting, garage door repair and now hot water heater replacement. Showed up on time, had all the necessary supplies, very knowledgeable. Prices, didn t, have competitive bids, but seemed as though labor was equal to the cost of materials which I thought was fair.

Bob did a great job for us. He worked hard to come up with a fair price and supplied a quality product. Our job was not simple as the heater needed to come up to second floor- no problem. Quality installation and clean up. Will be calling Tulsa Plumbing Repair for next plumbing job.

Sunday morning my water heater started leaking. He was my second call, and after I sent him a couple of pictures, he quoted me a price to change it out. I canceled the other company. He got here when he said he would be here, he had everything he needed, he answered all my questions, worked in a timely manner, did great work and it cost what he said it would cost. He will be my first call from now on.
