The monthly price is much better than the competitors. They have a lot of options in terms of installation. They don't up-sell. They were professional and on time. I would recommend them.

Their monthly fee is only $15.99 a month. They are very easy to get a hold of. They are very reliable, and I would recommend them and use them again.

We called TNT for an estimate. The sales rep, Josh, came to the house and was great to work with. He was not high pressure and knew his stuff. The installation was smooth and the installer explained the system well. I have had an alarm with another company here in Tulsa in the past and TNT was heads above them. Their prices are better than anyone and the service is great.

I called them on a Friday. A salesman came on Saturday to give us an estimate, and the installer put the system in on Monday. That blew me away. Both the salesman and the installer were very professional and they knew their business. The equipment is top-notch, and can be integrated with a home automation system (a future project). They do their own monitoring right here in Tulsa, and the monthly cost is lower than all the other companies we looked at. The monitoring center does periodic remote diagnostic tests on the equipment to make sure it is operating properly. The testing is transparent to the end user. No one else we talked to provided that service.

The serviceman arrived at the house on schedule and installed everything we had previously specified perfectly. He was both pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services to others in the area.

They were very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail how the alarm system works. I have not had any problems with it at all. The price was reasonable and a good value for the money. I guess that is why I continue with their monitoring services.

Great! My only dislike about the install process is that they put the main alarm electronics a little too close to the door, making it easy to disable. If they would have tried harder, they could have put it in the upstairs bedroom, which likely could not be reached before an alarm is triggered. I had some initial problems with false-detection of pets on the motion sensors, but they worked through that and I haven't had a problem since. Good price, and yes, you own the system. I went with the minimum 1 year contract, which is another plus on why I selected them, since they didn't lock me into a long-term monitoring contract. I would recommend them for others to use.

Service was excellent from the first phone call to the installation of the alarm. Everything was explained in great detail. Very polite and courteous.

I FEEL SAFE WITH MY NEW ALARM SYSTEM. WE TESTED IT AND KNOW THAT IF ANYTHING HAPPENS, EVERYONE IN THE BLOCK WILL KNOW SOMETHING IS GOING WRONG. I NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY HOME.

I WATCHED THEM PUT IN MY ALARM SYSTEM TO MAKE SURE NOTHING WENT WRONG. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT NOT GETTING ANY SCRATCHES ON MY WALLS. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I AM GLAD I PICKED THEM BECAUSE SO FAR THEIR SERVICE IS GREAT.
