Five roofing companies had given estimates, each saying there wasn't enough damage for insurance to cover it. Tier-One was the only one to say they could make it happen. A Tier-One rep. came out to the house and met with the insurance company on site. After pointing out the damage they agreed to cover the new roof minus the deductible. After that, the same Tier-One rep came to the house and help me pick out a new roof to best suit my needs. The came early and knocked out the entire job in one day. The crew was so nice. The rep who had worked with me from the beginning was there managing the job. Even, Jonathan, the owner came to introduce himself and make sure I was happy with the service. The next day I was expecting to find debris but they had cleaned up really well and I didn't have to do anything. Since then, several of my friends and neighbors have used Tier-One Roofing. All have been happy with the service and quality they provide. I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent! They did a great job.

The covered my 15-year-old roof with a tarp to before they started the work. A few days later, they came to start replacing the roof. They brought the supplies on Monday and were here early Tuesday morning and by the time I got home that day, the roof was completely replaced, including everything being cleaned up in my yard. It was like they had never been here and I didn't have to worry about anything else. They are kind, polite, and professional. The original reason I called them was because they are veterans. They did our country a service and I wanted to patronize them. I can't thank them enough for what they've done. I would recommend to anyone.
