+ -1 moreThe first time I called I thought it was a bit strange that he didn't at least provide an optional time down the road when he might be able to come and find our leak. But when he did it again today, the very same way, it has me very suspicious of his work ethic. He said he was swamped both times now and never offered any alternative time. So if he has done that to me on two different occasions, how does he ever schedule a job with anyone? Just very strange behavior for a business.
Description of Work: I have contacted him twice in the past 6 months, and both times he did not have time for us.

+ -1 moreA ??? reputable plumbing company came out and dug holes all over the garage, laundry room, craft room and was headed for the sunroom wanting to have me remove my built-in cabinet. I fired them. They sent a fraudulent bill and made a mess. I then called this wonderful gentlemen and he did not dig any holes, located the leak very quickly which was in a very difficult location, under the furnace between the stairwell and behind walls with his tool and saved my life and home. Miracle worker in my world

+ -1 moreDo hire Gary, especially if you want a chance of your homeowners policy to cover your slab leak and damage!
Description of Work: Gary is the best in the business, and this statement was confirmed by both a structural engineer we hired and our homeowners insurance. He is very professional and communicated to us throughout the process. He documented every step in the process of finding our slab leak with pictures. There was virtually no mess. He charged us hundreds of dollars less than I expected and at the same time, totally exceeded my expectations. He stayed on the job until it was complete, and found and repaired three slab leaks when it was all said and done. He did not cut any corners. Thanks Gary!

Description of Work: Leak Locators found a leak in the drain from our laundry that went under the kitchen floor and repaired it.
