My air conditioner system was not cooling. The technician determined the system was low and refrigerant and aaded 4 pounds. He suspected a leak and an early morning visit for the next day to determine the the cause. He found the cause and gave me the options for replacement. He located the part and rescheduled to replace it. The replacement was done in reasonable amount of time. He was was always professional.

Superior Services of Broken Arrow Inc. is excellent. The tech came out the same day the purchase was made and did a very comprehensive investigation of the existing system and took the time to completely explain their findings. This company is top notch in my eyes and I appreciate their honesty. As it turns out, I do not need to replace my current unit. I will refer Angie's List and the company you sent out for the Big Deal to any one who needs your services or the services of Superior.

Technician Bobby Holmes was very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. He tried very hard to match a competing bid and was extremely professional when we went with a lower bid.

They worked tirelessly to fix the units making several trips to their shop an back. It was a big job and they did it in a timely fashion. They were courteous, friendly, and professional.

Excellent service and communication; definitely will recommend and use them again. This was my first use of Angie's List and I wasn't sure how the process worked. When I hadn't heard back online, I called Superior directly and spoke with Heather. Super nice and apologetic (although they had done nothing wrong). We set up an appointment that worked best for me after she pulled up weather.com to be sure it wasn't scheduled to rain on the day I chose (that was one of my concerns). Josh was my service tech and this guy should be a trainer. He explained everything and even though more than 90% flew over my head, I appreciated his thoroughness and willingness to breakdown 14 years of experience to a complete and total novice. I completely trusted his expertise. Well worth my membership to Angie's List to find a company like Superior my first time out.

Bobby came within the 2 hour window given and was here on time after I received his call. Professional looking he promptly took out the old ice maker, ice and all and replaced it with factory parts, not an after market brand. Once he finished with the refrigerator, he started on the air conditioner tune up. He made sure that the ice maker was working and that the air conditioner was cooling properly.

That went really well. He took the time and explained everything. They were pretty good. I paid for one. They have a use of Freon so they put Freon to one of my units. The job went really well. From 1 to 5, I would say they are 5. They were very professional. I was really impressed. The guys were really good.

The worker was a couple of hours late. I called the office and they called the worker and he called me and told me he was running behind. It wasn't a big problem for me. When he showed up for the $29 service I told him how my drain line wasn't dripping out of the main line anymore and that it dripped from the second line lately. He went into the attic to check it out and diagnosed the problem as a drain line that didn't have the proper slope. He spent probably an hour realigning the plastic drain lines in the hot attic. He then checked my freon level and determined that it was low. He showed me the temperature differential that he was seeing and explained what it should be. He added freon and then rounded the amount he put in down to the nearest whole number for what he charged me. Also, as he was adding the freon I noticed the outdoor unit kind of "smooth" out. I also could feel a difference in the temperature of air coming out of the ducts, so I definitely believe I needed freon. Overall, I feel like I got a good deal and I am happy to have my drain lines straightened out.

This shop just gets more gold stars of admiration from me with each encounter. I called today (Sunday) early afternoon, not familiar with the business' after-hours coverage, policy, or rates. I have had such great service in the past that this was my first choice, if available(please read my post dated November 2013, about service July 2013). I expected an answering service. I got the owner! who knew the right questions to ask and then gave me important advice on turning off the unit to prevent more costly major damage. He answered my question about weekend rate (no different) and then told me what I could expect to happen next, after I decided to have the on-call tech come out today. I received the call from the tech promptly as I was told I could expect, and the tech (Aaron) was able to tell me when to expect him to arrive. Aaron was actually early, due to light weekend traffic, and he went right to work. He quickly assessed the odor and burn mark coming from the add-on capacitor. Aaron was as thorough, as I had hoped, also testing the capacitor and inspecting the compressor (not just assuming it was the add-on and stopping there). Aaron then went the extra mile, learning why I had chosen to add on the hard-start to the capacitor (I see lights dim), and then educating me on load and load distribution, at a level I could understand. I appreciated learning that negative long term impacts that the hard start add-on can have (wasn't told this by the tech from the big Tulsa shop). Aaron also knew enough to read the requirement on the manufacturer's sticker, look at my breaker box, and know it is wired at the low acceptable end. Because the techs and owner of this business have earned my admiration and respect, I can ask them for recommendations of someone like an electrician. Aaron had one name in mind and also mentioned using Angie's List. I can't think of a single point in the chain of this day's unplanned event that could have turned out any better. As I told Aaron, it takes having poor experiences with the sales-hyped large shops to really appreciate the expertise and great service of Superior Service. I hope to spare you that hard lesson learned and highly recommend you go straight to this shop.

On Sunday 6/22/14, we called them out to repair my air conditioner as it had quit the night before. From Heather who answered the phone, and Patrick who checked their inventory for the motor, to Josh who repaired the air conditioner -- I give KUDOS! They were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Josh even came out in the rain to see if he could fix it (the rain did stop though when he was ready to install the motor and capacitor)!!! The invoice was for the amount quoted on the phone and the COOL air was back on! I hope I won't have to use them again but if I have to, I wouldn't hesitate to call them. They were great! :) Almost forgot, we used this service on 5/30/14 for the special deal of $68 to check service plus 1 pound freon. Aaron, the technician, was just as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the GREAT service!

Excellent service. Punctual, polite, fast service and great price. All the other plumbing companies should learn from Superior Service on how things get done. Superior Service scheduled my appointment the second day, while other plumbing companies will schedule you in a few weeks if you have a coupon. You should take advantage of the current promotion and give them a call.

We were very pleased with the quality of service. The tech we had ( Josh) did a great job explaining what was wrong with the a/c unit we had and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. He was willing to answer all our questions. We will definitely be referring our friends and family to him.

Aaron arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning and servicing our two A/C systems. We asked opinion of the condition of the air ducts in the crawl space, and received a quote to replace three supply ducts. We will have him do that work in the near future. We would never consider using anyone else for our heating and air conditioning needs, that's how satisfied we are with Superior Service, and Aaron in particular.

Prompt, arrived on time. Professional, courtious technician. Checked all systems from thermostat to condensor coils. Cleaned evaporator of debris. Excellent value for the price, (purchased off Angie deal list). Did not need the 1lb of freon but was nice to know it was included if required.

Prompt, friendly, and my unit is working correctly. This was head and shoulders above my previous experiences with a couple of other companies, and I'm delighted to have found them. Will definately use them again.

I cannot recall how much they charged us for the last service that they did for us but they have been great. We have used them before and there is just a relationship in there so we used them again.

I purchased the Angie's List special to have the units serviced and was told that I had a leak in the newer unit. It was 4 lbs low on Freon and they replaced the rusty evaporator coil that was only 5 yrs old but 2 months over warranty.

It want well. They have marked vehicles, staff have marked shirts, they come with gifts. job was done quickly and have had not issues since. I have recommended them to at least 5 people who have had the same experience.

They were really really good. They came by very quickly, they were perfectly on time, they were reasonably priced and they did a really nice job.

Excellent job very thorough. Replace Filters, Washed off the unit, corrected the problem. I have known the Coil has been leaking and new we need Freon. What was so different is technician did not Fill and Bill. Instead, he took the extra time to ensure everything was working and provided a quote to replace the evaporator. Excellent Company. They did a good job. He checked my furnaces in the garage and made sure everything was clean. He verified that everything was working properly as well.

Technician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the ac problem as a faulty thermostat. Although they wanted too much to replace the unit, knowing it was bad was enough for me.

The service was good. I have two units, and so there was an additional charge.
