Service provider did the heater inspection/cleaning in the early fall, and then the A/C inspection/cleanup in March. Very professional work, would recommend.

Excellent attitude of technician was a plus. He even petted my two dogs ! He was very thorough in checking my furnace. A true professional. This is my first use of Angie's List, but it certainly will not be my last.

They did a HVAC tune up to make sure my heating and cooling was working. It was great. It was really easy for the scheduling. they have great customer service. Seems like they know what they were doing. they seems very knowledgeable.

It went very well. I've used them in the past and they have always done a good job. They did a good job. I felt like they were honest in terms of the repair work. They found the part that wasn't working and replaced it but it turned out their part didn't work either after a few days, however they were quick to come back out and apologize for the problem. I felt like they were doing what they should be doing to help get it right.

The techs were prepared. The documents were really well organized. You could see exactly what was being done. The tech was very polite and professional. He was on time and it was easy to schedule an appointment. There was nothing we didn't like. The tech also had paperwork ready for a rebate which was nice to have handy.

They were always responsive to calls. When we had a furnace problem, they explained the options for dealing with it, so that we could make an informed decision.

We were an all electric home that decided to convert to natural gas. Bobby was the man who gave us a quote then oversaw all the work that was preformed. Everything was done in a timely manner. They were always here when they said they would be. We are very happy with the work done.

Josh has came out and made sure I've received all of my rebates and they have been right on the ball with everything they are supposed to do. I've been very happy with the service and how nice they are, they are quick on getting out and very professional and dressed neatly as well.

Our downstairs heater started acting funny. It would kick on, but when it tried to kick off it would come right back on and this went on for a few days. We first thought it was the thermostat and we were ready to just replace that. I got on Angie's list because I wanted to find someone with good reviews so I called superior and had two questions...first, did they have thermostats in stock because the one we have seems to be discontinued at lowes and Home Depot. The gal said they did and second I explAined the situation and she reiterated our problem to one of her techs who told us it was the internal safety switch and that it was not the thermostat. I was a bit worried because we were planning for 15 house guests for the weekend so I knew I didn't have time to kill. I asked if they could come out that same day and what would it cost. I was quoted $98 for the service call and diagnostic but if any worked needed to be performed it would be $138. My unit was still under warranty so I knew parts would be covered. I made an appt for 3-5 and waited. At 12:45 they called and said they could come early. When they got there they diagnosed the circuit board/motherboard had gone bad because they couldn't even jump start the system at this point. They called one of two places in tulsa who sold the type of unit I had and found the part was in stock. The tech drove in to tulsa from where I lived, came back within 45 min, installed the new board and had my system up and running. They also did a 26-point inspection, made some recommendations and advised how to get a $30 rebate from ONG. The tech was knowledgable, professional, and took interest in fixing our furnace problem. I am pleased and will use Superior again in the future. Highly recommended.

Service was purchased for a fireplace inspection and cleaning. At arrival the technician determined our fireplace was sufficient with no need for service. Technician then give us a rain check for heating inspection and service for winter use. Later date was scheduled for technician to return for heating system, was here on time. The heating was found to be good through out the home and task was performed in a timely manner.

It was a little choppy experience at first. They first sent out a technician who did the tune up as well as some things that came about; I felt like he did not want to explain to me what the situation was. He told me he could not really explain it in a way for me to understand. I felt like he just wanted to take my money for the unit. I would give the technician an F for professionalism. He then went back to my tenants and that caught me off guard. There was a lot of tension with me and the company. I then spoke with company; the woman at the front desk was very nice, helpful and phenomenal. The owner then called be back and he was nice and courteous too. He explained what was going on and what was needed. At the end of the day I was very happy with the company and the way they handled that situation. They said that if there were any issues that the owner himself would come out.
