Description of Work: I had purchased a heating system check-up through the Big Deal- as my furnace was actually older than the guy that came to check it & was terribly inefficient, I decided to have it replaced. The technician, Josh, was very nice, answered all questions & explained options, & did a great job on the installation. I could tell a huge difference from the previous winter in both comfort & cost- very satisfied.

Description of Work: Repaired my clothes washer. It was a difficult cause to identify. The first time he came out, he took care of the obvious cause, which initially appeared to take of the problem. That evening the same problem occurred. The repairman came back the next morning and stayed with it until it was resolved. Took hours but, as of now, no problems!

Description of Work: They performed the ONG 26-point check up. Additionally, we were experiencing problems with one of our furnaces, and they quickly resolved the problem, replacing parts that same day for an appropriate charge. We were pleased with how quickly it was fixed.
