Description of Work: Josh came out on a short notice call on Friday afternoon around 5:15-5:30 after talking to receptionist at 10:15 Friday morning. He was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable. It took him about thirty minutes to find to find a repair the original problem, ( no power to system) it wouldn't turn on . One of the wires that controls power to motherboard was loose and not connected . The other issue was not enough air flow to master bedroom at other end of house. Josh took me me up to the attic and explained the other issue, little or no air flow to master. He said when original system was flipped the a/c company didn't make the back bedroom fed properly off the main unit. He's coming back in the fall to redo vent to master. Again he did an excellent job, and only charged me $68, because I mentioned finding his company on Angie's List.

Description of Work: I actually bought the two-year contract through Angie's List, allowing them to do twice- yearly maintenance on my A.C. and Heating units. Stacy the service person was polite and efficient, and she went out of her way to be helpful and to answer my questions.

Description of Work: I took this for the pre-season inspection and evaluation of my whole house heating system. The fact that it came with an ONG rebate also made this more attractive - cutting the cost in half when finished. The tech was responsive and advised me quite well - esp. as to my full house electromagnetic air filtering service. Since we have 4 cats and we both have allergies this was an esp. impotant point.
