I had used them over the years for service and occasional minor repairs of of what was my year old air conditioner unit. They had always arrived in the timeframe they said they would, I had never had any problems with any of the items they repaired. They had also never tried to pressure sell me into additional services or to expand the scope of the work I had them out for. The guys they send out are very knowledgeable and shared information about what he did well. I don't know if this is something the company pushes to their employees or a natural benefit of their hiring process, but they have all been highly customer focus, respectful and obviously skilled. I recently had water damage in my laundry room which ultimately also lead to me making the decision to replace my aging Heating and AC unit. They were very price competitive and the obvious choice for me because of my past experiences with them. As usual, they were awesome in every way and did a great job. Specifics about what I had them do: 1. Replaced the entire 3.5 ton Heating & AC unit. 2. Install a sump pump

Stacy was on time, called to let us know she was on the way. She checked filters, cleaned the flame , sensor, checked blower. Performed 26 point ONG safety inspection, including check for carbon monoxide. She gave us the form for the ONG rebate of $30.00 for us to mail in. Very thorough and informative.

I actually enjoyed the service call...wow. Stacy and Patrick were knowledgeable and hard workers. I appreciated their patient with figuring out the multiple problems with my AC. They did not push me to buy a new unit at this time. I am now enjoying the "cool" repair they did, Thanks

Purchased Angie Deal fro $68. Heather in the office is great to work with. Arron was my service specialist. He was on time, professional and informative. I was so impressed that I have become a Residential Comfort Club Member. I have recommended Superior Service to my friends for their Fall service.

This company provided awesome service from start to finish. My air conditioner stopped working while we were on vacation and we arrived home on a Friday night (don't these issues always happen on a weekend?) On a Saturday another company came out and installed a thermostat and pumped some freon into the system which did not cool the house down. When I became dissatisfied with the response I got from them, I called Superior Service. I spoke to a lady on the phone who helped me trouble shoot. When that didn't solve the issues she arranged for Bobby to come the next morning which was a Sunday. Bobby explained that there was an audible leak in the coil (hence the money I paid the other company for freon was completely wasted.) After discussing the options I decided to replace the A/C unit. This company was attentive to detail, professional, and very polite. The A/C unit was installed by 4:30 the next afternoon. I am so pleased with it. It cools beautifully and is so quiet. I would definitely use this company again and high recommend them! Oh, and I just received a box of brownies in the mail- Thanks!

Showed up exactly on time and even called ahead to let me know he was coming. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Very courteous also and cleaned up after themselves when they left. I would recommend Josh and his team and will definitely use them again.

My technician was EXCELLENT!! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He immediately made friends with my 4 legged children. He cleaned up his mess and ensured that my ac was up and running as well as cleaned my heater. I would use Superior again in a heartbeat!!

I called Heather who was very friendly to schedule my appointment at 1:54pm. Bobby was at my house at 2:29pm. Talk about prompt! I've called out different companies on 2 separate times for the same problem over the last month and a half. Bobby inspected more and taught me more than those other 2 callouts combined! And, he charged me far less. Bobby walked me through my whole system from outside unit to inside fan to motor and motherboard - explaining everything along the way. We walked around the inside of my house and checked every vent. We went up into the attic to check the duct work and insulation. We even walked around the house and checked windows. What AC service goes through the trouble to do all that?! I have a new company that I am going to call for my AC/Heater needs from here on out. We even went through the numbers for possible things that may go wrong in the future and discussed prices on installing a whole new system. Any time I need any work done in the future, I'm calling Superior Service of Broken Arrow Inc. I felt like I had a friend who just does AC work come out and walk me through my entire system with advice and suggestions that I can trust.

The technician called before she came, arrived on time, worked diligently, and then discussed her findings with me before having me sign off on the service ticket. I purchased the a spring & fall tune-up package using an Angie's Big Deal. It was an excellent deal, and I will continue to use Superior!

I had had someone out from another company who basically said I needed to replace the system. I called Superior after checking them on Angie's List and BBB. Bobby was sent out same day and provided professional and efficient service. I was very happy with Superior from the initial phone call to the resolution of the problem.

We recently moved into our new house and 2nd unit up stair didn't get cold after turning it on over night. We bought the coupon and the AC guy showed up. He looked at the unit and said something is broken and needed to be replaced for about $200+. We told him not to replace it as we can use our home warranty to pay for it. He finished up his work and added the cooling agent BUT left the unit off. We didn't turn it on as we thought it needed to be fixed. Two days later the AC guy from home warranty showed up to fix the unit. Told him the issue that this vendor told me. He went up stair, turned on the unit and it was cold immediately. He didn't find anything wrong. Nothing need to be replaced. And even if it needs to, the part would only be about $20! He also saw that the outside unit was set in 'Off' position. So even if we tried to turn it on in the house, it won't never get cold. Disappointed. We're new in town and being ripped off already.

The provider showed up promptly as scheduled. I happened to have another service person there when she showed up, but she went in and started performing the work while I stayed outside with the electrician. She said my filters looked good and didn't change them out, and inspected everything inside and all looked well. Outside was a different story. Our lawn service guys had been blowing grass and dirt into the outside air unit. She spent a considerable amount of time removing the motor and cleaning everything out. She said there was at least 50% blockage, which was hampering the air flow. She took care of this and then also noted that the unit was 4 pounds low on refrigerant, and filled it up for me. All this was done for 219. I believe this to be a fair price for all that was done. The technician was very professional, on time, and did an excellent job. I will surely use Superior Service of Broken Arrow in the future.

Even though they were late arriving due to a big job elsewhere, they were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. They checked air return filters inside as well as taking care of repairs outside. Definitely use them again.

Arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, top off Freon.

Every thing went great. Stacy was here at the correct time and was a pure proffessional. Cleaned and checked the outside unit then went throught the blower unit checking for any problems. All I can really say Is I was very happy with the serevice and Superior Service now has a new customer who will be calling on them for all my HVAC needs. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs HVAC service Ralph
