Description of Work: They charged a set amount which ends up being higher than others. I went to another for better help and less cost. | |The service man was very helpful and nice. The company however we are not satisfied with the money charged as everything has a set fee. The secretary told me that she would set an appointment for him to come back for continuing work. She never did. I don't believe in having to remind company's to call you back, especially at their prices. The bad rating is not because of the service man, it is because of the company.

Description of Work: Stacey came out evaluated system. Said slightly low on refrigerant, but cx valve was not working. Had to order part. Came back next morning at time promised. Worked on system for about three hours. When she and her partner were done it worked perfectly. She said she worked until it was in factory specs. All work was done for price quoted. I didn't need the $575 expense right now, but if we didn't do something it would eat us alive on the energy bills. Company we purchased it from is out of business.

Description of Work: They came out and initially serviced my unit and put in a little freon, but advised that it would probably be too much for my unit to handle. It was, so we then replaced the entire A/C and heater system. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and as quickly as possible. The tech even cancelled his vacation day so that he could install my new unit ASAP. He didn't tell me, but another tech later did.

Description of Work: They are excellent professionals in every way. Nice, kind people, and full of integrity, and knowledge about the work they do. I would use them again, and recommend them to everyone!

Description of Work: There was a scheduling mix-up that was completely understandable. The technician was top-notch. He was very helpful and informative and found a few easily fixable problems with our current air conditioner. I plan to have them inspect my furnace when it gets close to that time.

Description of Work: They came to determine cause of my AC problem. They were very honest, did not try to sell me new equipment. Told me I could repair what I had very easily and much more economically. They were so knowlegable and honest. I signed them up on the spot. I am more than pleased with their service. I signed up for service contract too and fired my old one ( AirCo).

Description of Work: Checked and changed filters, checked blower cabinet-clean, checked electrical connections and amp draws at condenser, Checked R-22 charge low and added 1/2lb. R-22 to correct superheat. Cleaned condenser coils. Stacy |was very informative and professional working with me to help me understand the workings of my air conditioner and She and her assistant brought a very tall ladder to reach my high ceilings for the filter change. It was a very positive interchange.

I had just purchased this house, and the system that came with the house was not only NOT working, it was far too small of a system for how big my house was. | |After two false starts with other HVAC companies, Superior Service was a revelation. After dealing with a number of disappointing service people, I would've been happy with someone that simply would answer their phone, so it was so refreshing to witness their professionalism, hustle, and attention to detail. | |Josh, Patrick, and the rest of the crew were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and far surpassed any of my expectations. They made the whole process very easy for me, and I would recommend them to anybody.
