We were very impressed with Superior. Josh and I exchanged many email regarding my questions on different brands, different models and our particular needs, etc. Josh answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. He was honest, considerate and professional. He never pushes us to the direction, provided us with all the information and let us make the decision. We would have chosen them if their equipment fits our limited space. We recommend them highly and will use their service in the future.

The person who came out was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was done within the time frame that he had quoted me. I had no problem with the service.

They said they would be here at 10am and they were right on the button. It was two very nice gentleman that came - Josh and Aaron were their names. I am getting a couple other estimates, but I'm leaning towards them since they were so nice and professional. There was nothing phony about them which is rare in this day and age. Assuming I don't find a much lower price, I will be hiring them based on my experience with them during the estimate process.

Appointment was easily set up. Technician was on time and communicated well what he was doing. I added an extra service, which was added at a good value. I have recommended these folks to co-workers, with excellent results for them too.

Their technician contacted me by phone before arriving at the house. They cleaned my system replaced the filters and adjusted the flames and cleaned the area around the furnace. Overall it was a very good value by an experienced technician done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

The Heating and A/C Techs were very knowledgeable, Friendly and were eager to explain what they were doing and informing me of what kind of system I had plus advice on how to do some of my maintenance myself. Will defiantly use them this spring when my A/C is ready to be serviced for the summer.

Very good customer service and I never felt pressured like I did when I called similar companies in the area. Completed a furnace check and a 26 point check so I could get the $30 ONG rebate. Will definitely hire them again in the future!!

Call was scheduled and the technician (I believe his name was Shannon) came on time and provide the service requested. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was looking for and did not try to "up-sell" on service or parts I didn't need. He left me referral information and explained the company's rewards program. I have since referred Superior to two of my children. The rebate program with ONG worked exactly as described and I had my refund check within a week of submitting the appropriate information.

I called in the morning about service on my heater, and Josh B showed up early to take care of business on the same day! I was very impressed with his knowledge and his professional service! I will be recommending him and using him in the future! Thanks! Angela A

Their furnace check-up fee was a little higher than other companies that I have seen advertised, but since I had paid $100 for $200 of services, I chose them anyway. They accomplished the work immediately (the day that I called). They showed me how to use a Natural Gas Co. rebate, so I got a check in the mail, also. My coupon had expired, but they let me use it anyway, which was very generous. So, it was a great experience overall !!!

Josh Burrus came and tried to recharge our old system a couple of times, but the charge would only last a few days and the system would start pumping in hot air again. He offered the pros and cons of just replacing the condenser, just the A/C, both A/C and furnace, and even our asking about getting a larger system. We felt the long-term best option was to replace both the A/C and furnace. They came for the install the next day, and were respectful and courteous of me and my property. They were proactive in answering questions, and Josh had the crew in and out 3 hours early than they estimated. They also installed CO detectors in the whole house, which was beyond our expectations. The system has worked perfectly, and they came to check on the system when the weather cooled off at no additional charge. If our upstairs system ever has issues, Josh Burrus will be my first call. They are great, and I'm very satisfied.

Superior Service sent the wrong technicican (commerical instead of residential) out the first time. It caused problems for our air conditioner unit. We notifed them that the air conditioner had stopped working while he was servicing the unit. They sent another techinician out and corrected the issue. The owner of the company even called to disucss it with us. It was a Wrong that was made Right by their Great Customer Service.

We have a new house, and didn't know anything about our heat & air system. Bucky came out and checked out our system, added freon (even gave us an extra pound free), explained how we can maintain the system between visits, showed us where the filter was and what size we needed, AND spent about half an hour explaining what size/kind of replacement heat/air we needed. The best customer service experience I've ever had!
