It turned out great. They’re punctual. They showed up on time. They called in advance. The guy was dressed properly and was very professional looking. He went straight to work, checked everything. When he finished, he gave me a quick review and told me it was time to change the filter which I needed. It went well. I don’t have any complaints. He did good work. He came out 2 days after I purchased the deal.

Even though the Angies list offer was for a residence, they serviced one of our business AC units for the listed price. They also serviced a second unit and gave me the bad news that the 3rd unit was "fried". They removed the old unit, and found a dent and scratch unit for us to replace the bad one. I was extremely grateful that they found that unit (with a warranty) because I wasn't going to be able to replace the bad one for awhile otherwise. Everything was done in a professional manner. I wasn't able to be at the shop for the total length of time and they kept me apprised of my options and the progress by cell phone. I am setting up and appointment for them to come to service my home AC unit. I will most certainly use them again.

I think that it went great. Everything went alright. They were friendly businessmen. I would use them again.

The technician showed up at the time promised and was friendly and courteous. He swiftly checked over our unit and said that all should be fine for the Summer. We are now at the end of Summer and our unit has performed very well. Issa glad the technician did not recommend additional, unnecessary services during his visit. This is very different from another well known service provider in Tulsa whose employees always try to sell you additional services. Will use Superior Service again.

I purchased a Big Deal and they came out and fixed 3 of my a/c units. We had a horrible storm and I thought it knocked out my a/c completely but they were able to come fix it. It was a Lennox with a 10 year warranty and Lennox wanted to take 2 weeks for me to get a new one. They installed a brand new air conditioner at cost. They even changed all the filters in my house and it was a day when I had a compound stress fracture in my foot. Josh came in and explained everything and they billed me so I could pay them later. Then they came out and fixed it again when it broke again. They came back as well to fix the a/c in my bedroom. I couldn't believe it when I received a thank you from them a little time later. I called them and thanked them tremendously. Josh was the one that helped me out the whole time and he was absolutely incredible. He was on the ball the whole entire time.

Very professional and detail oriented

Wonderfully professional and courteous site visit. The technician was willing to educate me on the older units that came with the house I'd recently bought, and provided tips on helping them run most efficiently during his service call. It was much appreciated!

My 27 year old central air finally reached the end of it's life. Technician tried recharging with freon but it couldn't hold it for more than a couple days. They were able able to install the equipment I decided on the very next day. The technician was extremely helpful explaining all the features availible in the various systems. They started promptly the next morning and stayed with it till the installation was complete. I chose a variable speed blower with two stage gas burner for maximum comfort and I couldn't be happier. No more temperature swings and excessive cycling. They deduced the first service call from the invoice so that was good. The foreman and crew were very curtious. They even setup a temporary AC unt to keep me cool all day while they did the install. I have no regrets about my choice of brand or intaller.

It was great. They were on-time, answered my questions, and did a great job.

Aaron showed up on time, gave me some recommendations and services the unit. He also cleaned the upstairs unit. I signed up for a maintenance program which includes an Angie's list discount ...

They were great. They came out the second time to double check. The guy was courteous and he was prompt. I think he was knowledgeable about what he did. He was just very professional. I was very happy with him. The price seemed a little high to me, but you get what you pay for.

Aaron found the source of the condensation problem we had for the past three years. No one else had searched diligently enough to get to the root of the issue. Superior Service is definitely who we will call for all heating and air conditioning issues and inspections in the future!

We recently purchased a 26-year old home in S. Tulsa. When we received Angie's BIG DEAL offer from Superior Service for a new A/C we quickly changed our plan to wait until the "off-season" to have a new A/C installed to right now. We made the right decision and not only replaced the A/C we also replaced the 26 year old furnace. From Heather at the office - thru Bucky and Charley (installers) only courteous, highly professional work. The work was done quickly, cleanly and the bill was exactly as stated prior to commencement of work. Approximately 4 hours after completion of the installation, Bucky called to ask if everything was "working as it should be!" At age 74 that was a first for me - a service tech calling to check on their work. I don't think you could ever go wrong with Superior Service HVAC company...I will refer them to everyone I know..

They had a timely response, I was without air conditioning and they had it installed the next day. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did okay. They're a little forgetful. I'm used to people opening up the unit and really inspecting it and hosing it down and he didn't do any of that. two or three days later, it stopped working. He admitted that he hasn't checked the condenser and he had to replace that so they had to come back out. He didn't charge me for that which was nice. But then he left two tools because I had some other work done during that time and I didn't notice it. So maybe they're not all together with it.

I am very pleased with the efforts and results from Superior when they replaced my 25 yr old AC and furnaces upstairs and downstairs. I felt I received the best value over competitive quotes that saved $$, received the best equipment, and truly professional installation and handling, Josh Burrus, Erin and Charlie did a great removal and install. Several problems were found that could have easily resulted in a price hike to fix plenum problems or code updates. The price did not change. Josh went the extra mile to answer my questions on site, on email and phone calls before and after. All were considerate of my home and requests on site. After the bill was paid, they still went beyond to provide a letter needed for my insurance equipment coverage claim. Overall a very good experience that I am pleased to recommend.

It went wonderful. I would continue to use their service. I called them and they came out immediately. I like that they were prompt and quick. They were courteous on the phone. He did a good job. He went above and beyond. He did stuff that he didn’t have to do. He went in and looked and assessed every part of it to make sure everything is working. He approached me about a warranty. He didn’t pressure me about it.
