They showed up when they said they would, they worked through lunch without even taking a break. They took out old unit and put in New furnace and then put in AC coil. Received great price and work. Explained everything from equipment being installed to how it would work and the efficiency of equipment. Very impressed.

They were prompt, efficient, responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I do not live in the area, and they were very good with keeeping me in the informational loop. The work was delayed by a couple of days because of something I forgot--no fault of the company. Once they had everything they needed from me, though, the entire project moved forward without a hitch.

I actually need a new one but the tech was very helpful and professional. We will probably use them when we decide to spring for the new unit.

It was time for us to replace our gas furnace from 1986! It was still working, but it was getting old. Josh and Aaron removed the old gas furnace and replaced it with a new American Standard 80,000 BTU furnace. Josh, initially came out to evaluate our situation and give us an estimate. The quote that Josh gave us was the exactly the amount that we paid for the installation. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about replacing the old furnace. They were very punctual and performed their job efficiently. We will be using them in the future to maintain any furnace or air conditioning issues!

The check took all of 30 minutes and an explanation of service given was prompt and professional. No repairs were needed.

It is rare to feel that a company not only wants to do the present job and get paid as agreed, but that they genuinely try to do it well enough that their customers really want to be repeat customers. These guys are great!! The work was done well, the recommendations were knowledgeable and the advice they gave me was spot on. They earned every penny I paid them without fuss or inconvenience. I will be a repeat customer.

Everything went well. We haven't used the new air conditioner yet, but the installation process took one day and everyone was very professional.

The individual who came to the home was professional, intelligent and well informed, communicated well. With the rebate from the utility company and the price for special for Angie's List customers the price was $19.

Josh was service rep who came out to do our inspection. He was very professional and personable. He did the inspection in a timely manner. Called and arrived as he said he would. Answered all of our questions. We knew our old heater needed to be replaced but wanted a professional opinion. Without us prompting he advised us of what we were facing and did not try to push a purchase on us. After discussing options we did decide to purchase a new furnace. He returned within a day or two to install the furnace. Another piece was needed but he did not try to push it on us, just offered options. Him and the helper he returned with again were very professional. When they needed extra hands the owner came out to help them. They cleaned up after themselves, gave us all info needed and presented us with complete paperwork for our rebate. Would definitely use them again. Also in a week or so they company sent us a thank you note with a small token of appreciation attached. Very nice touch. Thanks, guys. Good job, well done.

He found a major issue that our builder failed on. We are waiting on an estimate on cost for the work, but overall was very pleased with the service. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Answered all of our questions very fully and accurately.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. I guess I didn't read everything so I was confused about what actually happened. I guess I didn't read all of it. It's up to you to set up things but I have to contact them. I thought they were going to contact me so it took me a couple of weeks to say, "I haven't heard from them. Let me go back and see what's going on." It was my fault, I haven't read everything. There was no additional cost. They said it was prepaid. They arrived on time and acted professionally. I might use them again in the future.

Great. Angies initial deal was to clean unit which they did, but the unit had been giving us a lot oftrouble. When first came out to clean unit we signed up for 2 yr service agreement on furnace and AC. Had trouble again with AC and they came right out.

Do you even remember what an exceptionally run business looks and acts like? I don't seem to experience that very often any more...which makes my interactions with Josh and Superior Service even better. First, the basics. Josh had to endure my detailed questioning about products and technical aspects of systems. This was the result of not being able to procrastinate any longer to replace a leaking coil a/c on a minimally used part of the house. I had to learn more than I cared to about HVAC after the other zone system was replaced about 3 years ago and the small town service provider just was not up to snuff on the fundamental changes that the new refrigerant (R410A) meant to system design vs. old systems (with freon). I ended up troubleshooting, begging them with my log of symptoms, and almost spent lots of money to get another service company to replace the part under warranty. All that to say, here is my best advice to you: your choice of HVAC comes down to not only the shop, but the individual tech. Josh has all the training that industry standards now recommend. He keeps up with design changes. He understands the technical aspects and is motivated to be thorough in his work. He truly appreciated my questions! And the shop is the same. Their techs must not just service, not just install, not just provide sales information, but do all 3. Josh showed me the price list. It is printed and not changing daily. This shop will show you other customers' invoices on work similar to yours, so you know the pricing does not change according to your address. Josh always returns my calls and makes availability as flexible as possible to meet my schedule. This shop is not tied to a brand, so they will quote you a range of products to meet your needs. I am so tickled how quiet my American Standard system is, especially in summer air conditioning. It is in a hallway outside bedroom doors and this was important to me. Josh and an apprentice worked together to replace my old system. Josh did not delegate anything to the apprentice that he did not already know how to do. Josh and I picked a date around July 4th that accommodated not only my work schedule but he wanted to be sure he could get any additional parts he may discover while working the job, and not be limited due to holiday or Saturday supplier schedule. They were able to do the tear down on the 3rd, only because it wasn't in use at all, and this allowed them to preview any additional install issues and prepare for them. Preparation is Josh' middle name. Last, remember my point about excellence? When was the last time you were sent a thank you food gift by a service provider? That you receive reminder post cards for the seasonal service check up, included in the install price? wow Take advantage of the coupon on Angie's list now, don't procrastinate any further. I was headed towards a carbon monoxide event, unknowingly, since my frozen/thawed a/c coils from leaks had dripped and rusted out the heat exchanger over the years. You can trust and rest easy in this shop, especially in Josh as your technician.

Superior Service came and replaced the 50+ year old gas furnace in my folks home. They were friendly and informative and professional. The installation of the new furnace went smoothly and within a reasonable amount of time. The went the extra mile, in my opinion, by installing a new digital thermostat and also a carbon monoxide detector. They did not call per offer on BIG DEAL. Found the phone # and called them after several days. Came out next day. Inspected furnace. I got what I paid for, a $19.00 inspection.

On my first HVAC system, they did the usual inspection, etc and announced all was good, but we needed to change our filters. Gratis, they inspected our second system and pinpointed the problem and called me and discussed the possibilities including replacement which was very reasonable.
