+ 0 moreTried to get a hold of him after the fact. was really hard getting in touch. Finally did. Told me he was going to reimburse me for what I spent on freon and haven't heard from him yet.
Description of Work: Purchased a Groupon for a 16 point AC unit inspection because our upstairs AC wasn't working, told him the problem. Did the inspection and our unit needed for freon----charged me for 2lbs of freon. Spent $230 dollars. It worked that night but never did again, never cooled to what the thermostat was set at. Called him 30 days later, its still not working we are having issues. Went ahead and called another company and they have someone come out....out for four hours, said it was over charged and has too much free on. Your unit needed to be cleaned, they cleaned the coil. Which should have been caught on the inspection.

+ -1 moreCalled this company (steve) this afternoon when my air went out. He was referred to me by a neighbor friend of mine and he was here within an hour of my initial call. Steve and his helper cameron (I think) found the fan motor had failed. He quoted me a price which seemed fair and had my a/c back on and cooling. I will be calling him in the future and referring him as well.
