Todd and his associate were neat, fast, efficient, and accomplisedwhat I asked them to do with a minimum of disruption to the household, leaving no mess behind.I had also asked them to see if they could tell me where a strange noise was coming from, and theyspent some time trying to determine what could be causing it. Since it didn't happen while theywere here, it isn't surprising they didn't discover it.
Description of Work: Fix drain and faucet on extremely complicated Kohler tub--Todd, with Southeast Plumbing, had come in last hear behind the plumber who oirignally installed the tub in a remodel and who couldn't get it to work properly.He made it work, did it quickly and professionally. Two other plumbers had tried and failed. Fixed leak in upstairs shower faucet, advised against changing shower fixture since it would have beennecessary to tear out wall in hallway (what a way to build a house!) Fixed leak in new Am Std toilet which has leaked since other plumber put it in. Fixed leak in shower fixture in new bathroom.

+ -1 moreThey were recommended to me by another service provider. The first time they came out they quoted me a price, when they got here the discovered the work was more extensive. They had 2 guys out here for multiple hours and they stuck to their original quote which took me by surprise. I even called them back to make sure the bill was correct and they said it was. The second trip the guy rerouted some piping in the bathroom. He did a good job as far as I know. They were good about contacting me when they were on the way and taking care of things quickly.
Description of Work: Southeast Plumbing Inc did a couple of jobs for me.

+ -1 moreThe owner came out and was an active participant in the job and the crew did a good job. We had one mild problem they covered up a drain but they came right back out and handled the. I would continue to use their services in the future.
