Description of Work: Fix jammed outside door lock which was jammed in the "door closed" position. After fighting to get the door open without damage, he replaced the guts of the lock and restored lock and door to service. Re-keyed 2 other door locks thereby making them functional again and then cut and provided 7 additional keys. Now all locks in the house work with the same key.

+ -1 moreCalled prior to move to see approximate cost and service response time. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and friendly, and gave me all the information I needed. The day of the service, the locksmith showed up on time, and assessed what I needed done. He did not try to sell me additional products, and when I asked him about adding a deadbolt he explained the pro's and con's of doing so. The cost was exactly what was quoted.
Description of Work: Rekeyed all locks after purchase of new home.

Description of Work: The front door key had broken off in the lock. Serviceman removed the key, fixed the misaligned lock and gave me two keys.
