Description of Work: Since getting a Sonitrol System installed in my business, we had been living a nightmare. They have the worst service I have ever seen from any of the 100+ vendors we deal with. Everytime we have an issue, which is often, we have to spend a great deal of time explaining to that that we are their customer. They can NEVER find our records or their system is always down. When calling to have a service guy dispatched, we can expect the problem to take days to weeks to get fixed. Just today I was on the phone with them for three hours getting passed from one representative to another and they could not find our account. Once I found someone in New Jersey that could help me, they told me their system was down and that the problem couldn't be fixed until maybe the next day or later. They are the WORST.

+ -1 moreSonitrol is a very professional company, one that takes the time out to really answer all the questions you have about providing safety for the family. They are courteous and the quality of their installation and monitoring is excellent. The price we have shown is an installation of $1000 and a monthly fee of $47 for the monitoring.
Description of Work: Sonitrol installed a brand new security alarm system in our home, providing us with a monthly monitoring contract for verified alarms.
