On the day to start the project no one showed up or called. A day or two later came out to get measurements. Was told install one week away didn't meet that deadline. Finally showed up with granite. They started demolition of tear out. Was told on the day of tear out there is a possibility of breaking mirror. I told the to take product back if I was to be held accountable for their work. They continued and did break the mirror. I told them to call project manager and let him know they were liable for the replacement. No response! They also did a backsplash in the kitchen. Had to come back a second time ran out of material. Finally a month later finished most of the project. Part of the deal was to add resin to three seams in the kitchen granite. After two more weeks no show and ran my cc for the balance of the charges.
This outfit has no communication between sales, installers and finally the customer. And this is being kind!
