We had confidence when we selected The Forrest Shoemaker Company because of Steve Russell's introduction of the company. On the early January day work was to start, Steve Russell, and the crew Steve, Eric and Clyde arrived on time, and after the introductions, they lost no time in getting down to the job at hand. As we expected, this job was a tough job, they encountered unexpected problems, but, they analyzed each problem and discussed it with "the boss," Steve Russell, and implemented the correct solution. We had a great team of excellent technicians, Steve, Eric and Clyde. Steve Russell made frequent stops at our house while the work was in progress. The re-installation team...Steve, Eric and Clyde took care to protect our house from contamination and damage from the job that was to be done. They wore the appropriate gear to protect themselves, and our house. We really enjoyed the camaraderie as the crew worked together. It was pleasant to hear the laughter as they worked. When a problem was encountered, the tone changed, and they worked together to find the best solution. We were impressed with the professionalism of the crew who worked in our home for three plus weeks. The sheet metal work was done in the Shoemaker shop and was fit to the needs of our house. As the crew worked, they carefully cleaned up the construction debris as they went along. They meticulously followed the protocol that was necessary because of the toxins. They arrived when they said they would be here; they worked consistently; and they took short lunch breaks. We were kept informed about the progress, the problems, and any needs to change the plan. The job was a difficult job to due to the design of this home. They found and fixed problems with the prior installation. They did the job, met and exceeded our expectations which was such a delight for us, and charged us what they quoted. We cannot say enough good things about the men who were involved in our HVAC system re-work and the replacement of the duct work. It is obvious that this is not an ordinary company. Throughout the entire process, these fellows worked consistently and exceptionally well to give us the best job possible. You could see that they were accustomed to always doing the best possible job. This is such a compliment to the founders of this company and to those who continue to carry on the company’s good name. We will always have this company be a part of the care and maintenance of our HVAC system. We understand that they have other companies, like plumbing, and we will be eager to have their associated companies help us! We are convinced; you will never find a finer company, a more professional company and be more satisfied with Forrest Shoemaker, Inc. and their very fine team of excellent professionals! THE TECHNICIAN THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING AND GOT THE JOB DONE REALLY FAST. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO GET MY AIR CONDITIONER UP AND RUNNING AGAIN.
