Great, quick service. I called in the morning and had a repair technician to my house in the early afternoon. After determining the problem, he called the office, gave me a quote on the equipment/labor costs. Offered to complete the service same day by running back to shop to get pump. Returned and replaced pump and cleaned unit. Left utility room picked up. Was very courtesy. Gave tips on how to continue getting good results from my washer.

Shelton's technician, Andy, noted that the compressor would start to run but would eventually shut off when overheated. He noted the fan motor was not running. When he forced the blades to turn, the fan did not continue to run on its own. He explained the role of the fan in the cooling process. He replaced the fan motor with a new motor which he had on-hand. Cost of motor was $41. Labor was $203. Technician was prompt, courteous, and informative. He wore booties over his shoes to protect my floors. He did not suggest any unnecessary parts or work. I will call Shelton's again for large appliance repair.

No problems. Was very efficient and courteous. I called on a Wednesday, and scheduled them to come out on Monday morning. I would use them again.

He came in did the job and left, did not take very long.

We called on a Friday and were told to call back and leave a voice mail with the Model Number of our washer ... so we did. When the service man arrived he had not gotten the Model Number and so he could not repair the machine and said he would have to come back. The repair man shared inappropriate information about his personal life and his relationships at work -- which made my wife very uncomfortable. When my wife called to express concern that the service man didn't have the Model Number and that we would like a different service man to come back ... the receptionist was rude and the owner was defensive about the charges and refused to send a different service man. I called and canceled the repair order. I would rather start over and pay for new charges with a new company than have someone behave inappropriately in our home.

I use them all the time for all of my repairs on my appliances. I've used them for years and all my friends use them. They are excellent. It was expensive but I don’t think it was necessarily them. They are probably the best appliance repair company in Tulsa. I will definitely use them in the future.

When I called I was told it would be three days before they could come out, but that wasn't a big deal since we could buy ice. They called the day before and confirmed the date and time. The repairman arrived bright and early and had the parts he needed to repaire the icemaker and repaired it and was on his way.

Dryer quit working and when I contacted Samsung, they referred me to Shelton's. Shelton called me within 48 hours and advised it would be one week before they could come out to look at the dryer. They came out one week later and determined that a sensor needed replacing. They didn't have the part and said they would call when it came in. I didn't hear from them for a week and when I finally called them, they immediately had the service man call to schedule a time to come to my house 4 days later. He showed up as scheduled and replaced the sensor. The dryer works fine now.

While it did take approximately 6 weeks, and multiple trips by the technician, we did finally resolve the problem with the dishwasher. The technician was very polite and professional. He replaced multiple parts, and did extensive research trying to find the source of our problem. Even though it was a very frustrating situation for everyone involved, the tech remained upbeat and positive, and throughout the process, he remained focused on getting our dishwasher to work correctly again. In the end, he did get the machine repaired, and it is still (as of August 5, 2010) performing as it should. The office staff was also very courteous and professional.

Good communication and performed services as required.

Brendon T, arrived as scheduled and resolved the issue without having to replace the motor. A wiring harness had come partially loose. Brendon secured the harness and added a bracket to prevent it vibrating loose again. The invoice he provided had a detailed service drawing of the harness and how he had repaired the issue. He also went to the trouble of removing 3 quarters that had made into the appliance baffles. He detailed on the invoice of how to remove any subsequent change that makes it into the same location. Believe it or not there are still people out there that take pride in their work.

The repairs have always been very excellent. The servicemen that came out did a very nice, quality job. They were very courteous, professional and clean. I felt comfortable having them in my home. Sometimes the wait time for appointments is more than I'd like because they're busy. I feel like their prices are a little high. They do have a minimum service charge, but their work is worth it.

The technician who came to diagnose and again to replace a part was on time, very knowledgable and polite. He appeared to have a thorough grasp of what had happened and why.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD SHOW UP. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT ALL OF THE REPAIRS THAT THEY HAD TO DO.

THEY ARE A VERY RESPECTABLE COMPANY, AND YOU CAN COUNT ON THEM ARRIVING ON TIME. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICES. I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

MY WASHER AND MY STOVE HAVE BEEN WORKING GREAT SINCE THEY FIXED THEM. I ALSO THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS FAIRLY REASONABLE. THEY DO GOOD ENOUGH WORK THAT I DON'T HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK.
