+ -1 moreOn one of the coldest days of the year the serviceman did a great job. One of his lines actually froze, and he simply replaced it with a different one and went on his way.

+ -1 moreI called 2 weeks before I needed Servicemaster to come out to clean the carpets. They scheduled a time and were prompt in showing up when they were expected. The guy who did the carpets was courteous and worked hard. They were able to get up most of the stains. I diidn't have my checkbook with me so they even agreed to bill me.
Description of Work: I had Servicemaster Complete come out and clean my carpets for a house that I'm renting out. They showed up on time and did the job well. They charged $99 for a living room with some carpet that had some tough stains. They were able to get most of them out.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt, called my cell when they were en route, and did an excellent job on a light-colored fabric that lives with us and a couch friendly dog. It was bit more expensive than I had anticipated but was worth it. I called them because I found a company called Steamajix on Angie's List and called them, and they referred me to Servicemaster.
Description of Work: They cleaned a couch and loveseat and applied protector.
