+ -1 moreIf he thinks you are wasting your money to repair an item, he will tell you so. His timely arrival and skilled repair work was great, and he left the area cleaned up. I have used him a number of times and never been disappointed.
Description of Work: This older gentleman has repaired my washer and my mother-in-law's fridge expertly and at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: I've used this service company twice in the last few years. Each time it was a problem with my refridgerator. He came out within 2 hours and completed the repair to my satisfaction. Since the problem was affecting my frozen food, he put me next on his service schedule and saved me from a big expensive mess. I don't know if the price was "fair" but I didn'ty really care! All was saved, and I will use him again.

Description of Work: Mr. Schulze offered same day service. He was pleasant, professional and thorough in addressing the problem -malfunctioning oven temp sensor - and suggested options to avoid expensive parts replacement. I highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreAgain, the problem in refrigerator turned out to be computer related and Howard was honest in saying a GE techician would be necessary. He charged me $50.00 for two hours of work and I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Howard was terrific! He showed up on time and spent two hours trying to fix the problem with my refridgerator. It became apparent that a GE technician would be required because of the computer board in my appliance. Howard only charged me $50.00 and I especially appreciated his honesty in stating a GE technician was required. I will use Howard again in the future!

Description of Work: Upon calling the company, the owner answered and advised that he does not work on front-loaders as they are too complicated. I did not use this service provider and I am only providing this detail in the event others are looking for a repairman to service their front-loader.

Description of Work: Mr. Schultz came out to house promptly, honest, and was very fast. Our washing machine quit draining and he found out it was the wash bin. He recommended that we not waste our money (with him) to repair it but rather just buy a new one since it would cost about the same. I paid 50.00 for his time to evaluate the problem.

+ -1 moreA rubber door gasket had worked itself loose on my refrigerator door so I called and spoke with Mr. Schulze who said he could be here on Monday morning. He asked for the refrigerator's model number so he could have a replacement gasket with him when he came. He is a very likable guy and he went about his work immediately. No new parts were necessary. Great experience.... I'm glad to find a good, honest, and reasonably priced appliance guy.
Description of Work: Mr. Schulze reattached a rubber door gasket that had worked itself loose on my refrigerator door. He also vacuumed the underside and pulled the fridge out from the wall and vacuumed behind it. He also adjusted the shut-off lever on the icemaker.

+ -1 moreI called him and told him that after investigating a problem with my washer I thought I diagnosed that the agitator might have some broken plastic pieces. He told me he carries parts on his truck and would take a look. Upon arriving he investigated and came to the same conclusion. He showed me the exact broken pieces as he dis-assembled the part in my presense, fixed it within minutes, and then ran the machine to make sure it had been repaired properly.
Description of Work: This guy is outstanding. He is completely honest, trustworthy,knowledgable, and reasonably priced. A true Gem.

+ -1 moreSchulze came out to our home and looked at our dryer that was on the blink. It turned out to be something within the motor and they fixed it within the same day. They are a very reliable, punctual and a somewhat professional company to use for any large appliance breakdown.
