SAME DAY COMPUTER REPAIR

The technician was polite and helpful. He called back only a few hours after dropping off my computer to let me know that it was only a battery used with startup files that had gone bad. He only charged me $6 for the battery along with labor.

David store owner ran diagnostic and completely assured me there was nothing wrong with computer and quot;Runs like a champ Very Strong computerand quot;. Insisted on reinstalling Windows operating system for 79.90 and that would make computer perfect again. I was hesitant but David reassured me if it did not work he would not charge me. So I agreed to reload operating system 79.90. Picked up the computer took it home ran 15 minutes then suddenly shut off sometimes runs a little longer but still shuts off. I returned to repair shop and explained nothing was fixed computer had original fault and was mis diagnosed. Stated I wanted a full refund David refused to refund my money. Took computer to Compu King free diagnostic and estimate. They ran test and stated computer had bad mother board. Compu King stated buy new computer not worth fixing motherboard. I asked what they would do if they mis diagnosed computer and reinstalled operating system and did not work they would have issued a refund. Compu King suggested I should get a refund from Same Day Computer. I returned for refund and David refused to give refund. Same Day Computer did a poor diagnostic check failed to find bad mother and insisted it had operating system problem which it did not. Sold me item I did need and failed to refund my money. As I stated before bought this computer with problem only to use this computer as repair parts. Stay Away from David and Same Day Computer Repair. I will also do a BBB Complaint on his business I told him I was going to do this for his incompetence and his failure to refund my money.

My desktop computer crashed on September 4 and I took it into Same Day Computer Repair the next day. It was ready that afternoon, so I picked it up and started reloading my software. The next day it crashed again and I returned it to the shop. Later that day I received a call telling me that the hard drive was bad. We discussed options and I ordered a new hard drive. It came in on September 12 and the computer was ready to go that afternoon. Files from undamaged sectors of the original hard drive were recovered and loaded on the new hard drive, saving me lots of work.

THEY DID A OUTSTANDING JOB REPLACING THE BROKEN MOTHERBOARD AFTER REALIZING THE OLD ONE WAS BEYOND REPAIR. THEY KEPT TRUE TO THEIR NAME IN DOING IT THE WORK IN A VERY SHORT TIME FRAME.
