Description of Work: They moved a 5-7 grand piano out of a room into the room next to it so that new carpet could be installed. They returned to move it back into place. The movers were polite, on time, and knowledgeable about how to move a piano properly. I will call Saied again if we have to move the piano.

They took their time to fully inspect the piano prior to moving and cautiously took the piano apart, wrapped it, moved it, and set it up in our home. They were on time and the whole process was done very efficiently. My experience with Saied was wonderful and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We used Saied to move a recently purchased 6 ft. grand piano from the seller's home to our home.

+ 0 moreKen and Chris did a very excellent, careful, courteous and safe job of unpacking my grand piano and bringing it into my house and setting it up. They were very nice and very efficient and so very careful with my prized piano. They called twice the day of delivery to keep me informed of the schedule so I would be inconvenienced.
Description of Work: Moved piana from Illinois to Tusa to Bellavista Moved grand piano from warehouse to my new home. Set up completely - ready to play!

+ 0 moreThe move was scheduled promptly, but the delivery time was changed once. The move was made on a rainy day, and I assumed (incorrectly) that the piano would be wrapped completely. Unfortunately, only the top of the piano was covered with a padded blanket, and the bottom and sides of the piano were wet upon delivery. My husband and I felt that a piano of this size and weight should have been a 3-man job, but only 2 movers managed to complete the task. There were a few scary moments. One muddy boot print was left on my carpet. The mover did offer to clean it, but I declined. The movers were friendly and prompt, and they did call to let us know when they were on the way.
Description of Work: I used the company to move an antique, full-size upright piano from its former owner's home into my home, approximately 5 miles.
