+ -1 moreThe technician showed up on time. They were able to provide me same day service, which was nice. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice and professional. The technician explained everything to me. He did not mind me watching him do the work.
Description of Work: I had them repair the sensor for the pilot on my 60 gallon water heater because it was not lighting properly. It took them about 15 minutes to repair the sensor.
